The crew who is…read moreresponsible for mowing the lawns are damaging all sorts of sprinkler heads, drainage hoses, cover plates over excess to water shut off, watering hoses for trees, and they also damaged my screened in porch by riding by with the lawn mower instead of using a weed trimmer around the enclosure. This happened in September 2024 and it was like pulling teeth to get a reimbursement for the cost of the damage they have caused to my property. The HOA sent numerous emails to them and I called and emailed numerous times. It is now February , 6 month later and they still did not fully reimburse me. RUN...RUN AWAY...DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.. I am done with this Home Depot. I guess the 150 something billion dollars they posted in gains…read morelast fiscal year wasn't enough so they apparently need more cost cutting measures... Quite some time back they took out all the lights in the small tools section so now you cannot see anything when looking through those aisles especially at small print on sockets or drill bits etc, but whatever... Yesterday I went in to purchase a new shower head. A relatively simple task except the assortment they used to have on display is about 1/3 of what it once was and the actual inventory even less than that. The one shower head I actually liked and wanted to purchase was displayed with a QR code to purchase "ONLINE ONLY". This is not only ridiculous I mean because I intend to walk out of the store with a part in my hand, but downright stupid. If I have to purchase an item online and have it delivered I am going to use Amazon to get it cheaper and delivered faster which BTW is EXACTLY what I did. I went home, did a quick search, clicked a couple buttons and now Amazon is reaping the benefits of Home Depot not having my shower head in stock. Great business model Home Depot...
