He tested my water and recommended an inexpensive fix with some pack of powdered chemical. Then I met Debbie. She tested my water and recommended 2 products to fix the problem. I'm now almost at 100% fixed chemically. I didn't spend much to do it either. Johnny and Debbie are so nice, kind and helpful. When we moved to the area we signed up with aqua rite to come once a week to clean our pool... initially everything was fine we had a great guy coming to clean the pool and then he was promoted and from then on out they kept changing our pool person and each one was just as lazy as the next ... but that's not the worst of it... the manager BJ never did his job never followed up with us on our request to look at the pool pump since it was having issues... I called the office and was told ohh we will be there by Friday.. Friday comes and goes and now it's been 3 weeks and 3 phone calls to BJ and still no one showed up and no return calls from BJ... we cancelled them and found a better pool company who actually does what we pay them for. My point being is .. if u want to get continuously blown off by them and the manager BJ and piss money away go right ahead and hire them but if you want actual work and good work at that we highly recommend looking elsewhere or you're money and time will be wasted.

Over the three years, and multiple service techs, responsiveness and consistency eroded to poor performance. Personnel turnover is an issue. Consumers should beware. Techs seem to last about 2-3 months, then a new person will show up - on any given day (I've had a tech - someone I'd never met before - show up on a Sunday when my regular service day was Friday). I had a leak in my pump return line and it took two weeks to get a response, then when communicated they would be there the next day, nobody showed up. I went from being a priority to being a nuisance - there are a lot more companies out there who want your business, similarly priced, and won't treat you like a nuisance. Go elsewhere.

They were checking boxes on this receipt but didn't complete it and were at my house for less than 5 minutes at a time and didn't communicate at all or provide customer service so things fell into disrepair. THIS is what my pool looked like IMMEDIATELY AFTER his scheduled service; he accepted this quality of work week over week. Would you pay for this service? We don't anymore. And it took a few sessions with a decent pool professional to re-regulate our pool. There is NO WAY my pool could look like this or test normal after adding the chemicals they say they did.
