If there were issues with their payment system or requirements, they could have easily called ahead and informed me so I could make other arrangements instead of wasting my time and trip. The staff showed no understanding, empathy, or willingness to help find a solution. I'm extremely disappointed not only with the inconvenience but also with the rude attitude and poor treatment I received. Customer service should matter, especially for people taking time out of their day and traveling long distances. My response to her is are you joking I'm from out of town what are banks for? Then she gives me some kind of line about how they need to "track the money". If this is truly the policy of this bank needs to change to be more customer friendly. After all now days many businesses do not except bills larger than $20. You cannot get change for many other businesses because they do not want to carry large bills and even gas stations will not except bills over $50. So what are banks exactly for if not to do things like this?
