Well, it seems my review was taken the wrong way and I wish to correct that. That was in no way…read moreaimed at Dr. Hallman! He is a wonderful vet. I even had my girlfriend take her cat there from a botched Spay. Dr. Hallman was the only one to fix her the right way. Actually our tax person told us it was sold to a corporation. I guess this is how news gets around in a small town. I should have went straight to the horses mouth!! My main gripe was the wench at the front desk! She was totally rude! Even my husband thought so! We have never had anyone treat us that way there. Usually everyone is very pleasant. I guess I was so surprised at her reaction my mouth over ran my ass!!! So sorry to you Dr. Hallman, it was not aimed at you. You know I love you!!!!! Sherry, Bear, and the Queen Diva Molly

We had always had a positive experience with Star Valley Vet in the past however, my most recent…read morecall to their office about a possible positive leptospirosis test was exactly the opposite. I would give it a zero out of 10. Dr card was the vet that called me back. It was supposed to be a "discussion" about that, but instead it turned into her being the only one talking for quite a while. I finally started interrupting because she wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. She then proceeded to tell me that if I thought this was the way the conversation was gonna go I was mistaken, I then told her likewise! I don't know if she has some sort of better than everyone else complex, but she then proceeded to get very defensive and told me that we could start taking our dogs to another vet and the. Hung up on me. Not professional in the least, if you can't take a little pushback from the pets owners that you service. You probably should find a different profession. Caring and compassionate care applies to the owners of the pets that you serve as well. Since then my order through the pharmacy was returned to them, saying my address was invalid however, it isn't, they have delivered to that address before! If they refuse to send it, I'm going to demand that they refund the wellness exam and heartworm test that were required in order for them to fill both prescription. Yes they're great as long as you don't give them any pushback in which case they are terrible and they won't deal with you at all. I will never ever go back there. Just keep that in mind because if you have a pet emergency and you push back at all regarding what their opinion is, they'll likely blacklist you at least Dr Card will.

We recommend Payson Pet Sitting to anyone, any time, any day. She is the best pet sitter in Payson…read more Read on. We know this lady better than most anyone in town. She is a professional trainer who knows her business. She starts her day at 3-4: AM and ends at 7-8 PM and has done this for the 10 years we have known her. She has her own dogs and cares for, and prepares, show dogs for professionals. She owns many awards for her efforts and quality service. Personally she provided the best care for our "special needs" little puppy. She went out of her way to check on our little one at the beginning of her day and again at the end of her day. She notified us every morning and evening to ease our concerns and insure our little girl was OK. She would not accept extra payment for this. Special treatment like this only comes from the heart and love for animals. Recently she saved a dog from possible death after it ingested drugs left open in the household. It was late in the evening when a panic stricken pet owner called her begging for help. Without hesitation this sitter left her home and arrived at the pet owner's residence at about 9:30 PM. She quickly solved the dog's issues and stayed with the owner, and her dog, until both were safe and OK. This sitter left at about midnight to go home never asked or received compensation and barely got a "thank you". This sitter has rescued more animals sentenced to death in traps, sticky pads, buckets, and boxes than anyone we have ever known. It is heartbreak to watch an animal die in your hands but when that animal has only you to save it there is no choice but to try. No one pays her for this and, in fact, few know she does this. This comes from the heart and love for animals. This Video: This sitter appealed to the client more than once about the issues she had with getting the dogs outside. The client insisted they must go out for 20 minutes by whatever means necessary. This dog refused and when this sitter reached down to pick it up it bit her. So, she did what was necessary. Cursing the dog is something you would understand if you knew the whole truth. This sitter should be commended for her professional response to avoid the biting with no harm to the animal. see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xz1YtM9bIr8
