But right off the bat i felt she had an attitude problem but i decided to walk in & give it a shot anyway...that was a mistake! Walked in, waited a few minutes... she attempted to put my puppy up on the table to do her nails... my puppy is 9 months old & a little squirmy but you'd think she'd be able to handle it since that's what she does for a living. Boy was i wrong... She told me to step away from my dog. Excuse me?! My puppy felt her negative energy and vibe so she did not want the women to do her nails. I should have listened to my instincts from the initial phone call. The women is VERY crabby and UNFRIENDLY! Not sure how she stays in business and deals with people and their pets. I will never let her touch my puppy again. (I am wording this as nice as possible) but DO NOT bring your pets here. She's a cranky, unfriendly Karen! I would give 0 stars if i could.

I checked in on my dogs via my video camera and caught her treating my little Shih Tzu like she was a piece of garbage. So I frantically text my sis Joan and asked if she could help me locate a replacement ASAP. Renee was the replacement she found for me. What a great find. I love her. She treated my babies like they were her own. She talked sweet to them and spent a lot of quality time with them. She is a professional trainer who knows her business. She starts her day at 3-4: AM and ends at 7-8 PM and has done this for the 10 years we have known her. She has her own dogs and cares for, and prepares, show dogs for professionals. She owns many awards for her efforts and quality service. Personally she provided the best care for our "special needs" little puppy. She went out of her way to check on our little one at the beginning of her day and again at the end of her day. She notified us every morning and evening to ease our concerns and insure our little girl was OK. She would not accept extra payment for this. Special treatment like this only comes from the heart and love for animals. Recently she saved a dog from possible death after it ingested drugs left open in the household. It was late in the evening when a panic stricken pet owner called her begging for help. Without hesitation this sitter left her home and arrived at the pet owner's residence at about 9:30 PM. She quickly solved the dog's issues and stayed with the owner, and her dog, until both were safe and OK. This sitter left at about midnight to go home never asked or received compensation and barely got a "thank you". This sitter has rescued more animals sentenced to death in traps, sticky pads, buckets, and boxes than anyone we have ever known. It is heartbreak to watch an animal die in your hands but when that animal has only you to save it there is no choice but to try. No one pays her for this and, in fact, few know she does this. This comes from the heart and love for animals. This Video: This sitter appealed to the client more than once about the issues she had with getting the dogs outside. The client insisted they must go out for 20 minutes by whatever means necessary. This dog refused and when this sitter reached down to pick it up it bit her. So, she did what was necessary. Cursing the dog is something you would understand if you knew the whole truth. The owner Shawn Tucker has not apologized or covered our ER Vet bill. We have not been contacted by the owners of the pit bulls, not even an apology. Apparently, these 2 aggressive pit bulls will be boarded again over the Christmas holiday! Are you kidding me!! Please be careful if you board a pet here, very disheartening knowing the owner does not give a darn, he never followed up to check on our boys after we took them for care in Mesa. My husband called to let him know we took the dogs to Mesa for care, the owner hung the phone up on my husband!! We rushed back from our weekend to get our boys the hell out of that place...
