But right off the bat i felt she had an attitude problem but i decided to walk in & give it a shot anyway...that was a mistake! Walked in, waited a few minutes... she attempted to put my puppy up on the table to do her nails... my puppy is 9 months old & a little squirmy but you'd think she'd be able to handle it since that's what she does for a living. Boy was i wrong... She told me to step away from my dog. Excuse me?! My puppy felt her negative energy and vibe so she did not want the women to do her nails. I should have listened to my instincts from the initial phone call. The women is VERY crabby and UNFRIENDLY! Not sure how she stays in business and deals with people and their pets. I will never let her touch my puppy again. (I am wording this as nice as possible) but DO NOT bring your pets here. She's a cranky, unfriendly Karen! I would give 0 stars if i could.

As soon as you pull onto the property you can tell that it is a place that loves animals. It is spacious and each dog has its own room. There are also gated outside spaces for the dogs to run freely off leash. There is the option to have your dog play with other dogs of their size, or have outside time attended. Our dog had a window and TV in his room. I received a photo and update regarding him while he was there. I'm so appreciative that I found them. Transport by pet2vet was cancelled as I urgently drove to a nearby emergency facility. The driver was sour and whined about his plight. The office staff was dishonest about driver status. My replies were kind and expressed gratitude, before I received a series of harassing texts from both, and was accused of no empathy for them when it was the next day the driver was paid more than the agreed upon amount. My beloved pup died after we spent 10 hours hoping for another outcome.
