I had gone to the McKnight Rd location 7 times over the course of a few weeks to get my car inspected. Every time, I was told to come back later or leave my car. Unfortunately, my schedule made it difficult most times, but I even rearranged things to make a Saturday morning work, only to be told to come back later or leave my car. I knew I needed work done and didn't have the option to leave my car, but I was willing to wait. They, however, were not willing to have me wait, so I came back first thing Sunday morning to the same story. The manager then told me to try the location in Sharpsburg, so trusting her, I drove all the way there only to find out that they did not have a technician to do state inspections. After trying a 3rd location (another recommendation) on Baum Blvd, I was ready to give up, but I decided to call the Wexford location to see if they'd be able to help. The second that someone picked up the phone, everything was different. She genuinely cared, and told me they'd be waiting for me. When I pulled up, 3 guys came up to me immediately and asked how they could help. When I explained what had happened, they promised they'd get me taken care of quickly. While 2 of them brought my car in to get started, the 3rd brought me into the lobby and offered me coffee, a place to sit, and a tv to watch. I never expected that I would end up spending over 4 hours sitting there, but like I said, I knew my car needed work. My brakes and rotors were bad and needed to be replaced, but there was no driver to deliver the parts. The manager, who was also working on my car, drove to get the parts himself. And when he realized they gave him the wrong ones, he made the trip again. I was amazed at the level of customer service I received from this location. This was by far the best experience at a Jiffy Lube ever, and also the only reason I will continue coming back.

Had them change the cabin air filter. $50+ for changing the cabin filter. They broke the filter…read moreaccess door and it won't stay on. The cabin filter is behind the glove box and the loose access door prevents the glove box door from operating properly. The tech was extremely rude when I told them the glove box door didn't work correctly. I had to order a new cabin air filter access door and install it correctly. I asked them to refund the charge for the air filter and pay me for the new access door. I have gotten no response from them
