Their price for tires includes free rotations and balancing, and any other issues with the tires short of a puncture. Their reasonable price IS the price: unlike Firestone and NTB, they won't fee you to death. It's no accident I've been going there for 23 years. I've also noticed that there are a lot of women customers. I have certainly never seen ANY of the staff be condescending or trying to upsell to women, as some car-related businesses do. You get the guy that say "F it, it aint mine or You cant see it from my house" I guess i got two of them. I went in for a tire balance and alignment. I could see the kid do the Alignment. All went smooth. It wasnt out much. A toe and go. The wheel balance is the hard part I guess. On my ride home I felt a shake in the rear. Once i made it home , I could see that they only Balanced the front tires. I call and was told to bring it back. So I did. The same day. They pulled my truck in and did the rear or I thought. As I drove home once AGAIN, still a slight shimmy. So i checked out the rear tires. Surprised to find. NO weights on either wheel. I was surprised that it actually felt a little better. I also notice a gouge in my wheel. I call back but it was a few minutes near close. Nobody answered so I left a message letting them know what happen and I wont be back for the third time. Spoke with Mary Jo on the phone about how I needed certain things for my car and was going to get a…read moreloan so I needed to know the cost of the parts and labor so that I had the money, she told me $950 and some change so I got a loan for $1000. I dropped my car off and then she told me I could pick it up the next morning, the following morning she called me about another issue and said it was $200 extra dollars and I reiterated I had gotten a loan and only had what she quoted me for and she said ok. Around 3:00pm she called me and said it would be $2200 and I told her that was not the price she told me and she said that the other location where my car was taken to had different prices so she couldn't guarantee her quote over there. I told her that doesn't make sense because obviously I gave my car to her and her location where the quote was told to me. She told me she would call them and figure it out and gave me the phone number and address to where my car was for me to also call to which they said that she told them to do all this extra work that I DID NOT ASK FOR OR AUTHORIZE. To which they told me they would call me back. I waited but got no word so at 4:30 I called Mary Joe back and asked what was going on and she said and I quote "Well you have to pay because I sent you the invoice in your email and if your email doesn't work then that's not my problem" and the call ended.. I show up to explain to the people who had my car what was going on and that they did things I hadn't authorized and the guy said I was going to pay for what they did. I explained again that I had gotten a loan and did not have any other money and did not authorize any extra repairs. It wasn't until I called the police that they decided to take everything off the car and give it back, which I was fine with because i would take it elsewhere that will do it for the price they quote me for and not try to rob me. They tried to tell me that I could come pick up my car the following day when they had already had it for 2 days and I told them no and I would not leave without my vehicle because I don't trust them since they lied about pricing to which the man got in my face and said he would "DRAG ME OUT". After almost an hour of arguing, aggression, back and forth between me and almost all the staff (shout out to Lou for being the only person to calmly express sympathy because obviously he knew they were scamming me and tried to help me very calmly) they finally agreed that they would take things off and match the quote I was originally given. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE OR TRUST THEM WITH MY CAR what they do over there is illegal, you can't just do whatever you want on anyone's car without authorization just for money and this will be reported to the Bureau of Consumer Protection.
