At register I noticed the person before me was asked if they were in the system but I was not. Both this time and the previous time I was there. I had to ask the employee if she was going to look me up in the system because I am and prefer email receipts. I would highly suggest re-training employees on customer service. No matter what age or race. People should be treated with respect. I will continue shopping at SMU but stick with Annapolis and Bethesda stores.

We ordered over a week in advance through fromyouflowers.com. and the order was fulfilled by Ocean City Florist & Gifts, 12909 Coastal Highway, Ocean City, MD 21842. The flowers were delivered to our house on the afternoon of November 1 and the driver was kind enough to bring the flowers into the house for me. When my wife looked at the flowers, she noted that they were wilted and did not look fresh. We just thought they may have needed water, but after checking, the water was full. On November 2, the day after delivery, the damaged petals started to fall off on both of the flower orders. See picture attached. I planned to communicate to Ocean City Florist via email, but no email address listed on their web site. Very disappointing!
