At register I noticed the person before me was asked if they were in the system but I was not. Both this time and the previous time I was there. I had to ask the employee if she was going to look me up in the system because I am and prefer email receipts. I would highly suggest re-training employees on customer service. No matter what age or race. People should be treated with respect. I will continue shopping at SMU but stick with Annapolis and Bethesda stores.

Souvenir City 2 was the only place we stopped in that had a different variety of items and they all weren't ridiculously expensive. We ended up with a "This is my first OC T-shirt" for my grandbaby and some cool stuff for my a little older grandbaby. We were very happy with our purchases.
