The tone was unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional. As I tried to reschedule, I also felt rushed into choosing a new date. This wasn't my first negative experience with the front desk, and it ultimately led me to switch dental offices that same month. I did attempt to share my concerns with management, but nothing seemed to improve. To make matters worse, when my records were supposed to be transferred to my new provider, the wrong records were sent. Today, I'm writing this review because I received a reminder text for an appointment on May 8th--despite no longer being a patient there and never scheduling such an appointment. I called the office to clarify and spoke with someone named Molly. When I explained the situation, she responded with a sarcastic tone and interrupted me as I tried to say I was no longer a patient. She then abruptly ended the call by saying, "Well, I'm sure someone else will be very grateful for this appointment. Thank you and take care." The office was always easy to schedule and quick to return, they also offer texting to schedule which is really convenient. I was really impressed that the first visit was FREE with no contract, and they do a state-of-the-art exam with full and thorough x-rays as well as photos. They then give you options (which for my daughter was metal braces, ceramic braces, or Invisalign). Office is large and clean with a TV in the waiting room for the kids. I was worried about cost, but with a down payment, they then offer monthly payments that are very manageable. Most of the hygienists (most of the people who work there, by the way, are young, attractive, and blond - as an HR person I can't help but notice these things) are very good and very nice. I am also very pleased with how quickly my daughter's teeth are changing. Appointments are generally quick and easy. Cons: some of the staff/people who work there could be friendlier.
