Some of the restaurants I enjoy are Chicken Salad Chick, Burger Fi, Too Jay's, and don't forget the ice cream, chocolates, and caramel apples at Kilwins. The walk also has my favorite Trader Joe's, a Barnes and Noble, and Wild Fork Foods. Other businesses in The Walk include a dentist, banking, nail salon, insurance, waxing, and eye care. During the year The Walk holds events and concerts. Every March is the two-day Coral Springs Festival of the Arts. When something is going on parking can be a bit of a pain but normally it is ok. As far as strip malls go, this is my favorite one in Broward County.

Okay, I'll admit that Town Center at Boca Raton is not as bad as I first thought it was. I may not be coming here blowing my money, but I have been visiting a couple of stores a bit more frequently and there are a few more that have my interest to check out. There are new stores and restaurants opening soon at Town Center at Boca Raton with new stores including Christian Louboutin already open for business. Here's to many more visits.

We always park in the garage by Macy's in case it rains there's a covered walkway. Perfume staff were highly attentive trying to make a sale. Us gals made our way to MAC and the guys went to Starbucks to get all our drinks. Built in 2009 it has 51,900 sf of rentable retail and office space over 6.05 acres. There are 243 parking spots. As a resident of the city I have been to this plaza extensively through the years. I have eaten at Santo Buffet Modern American & Sushi many times, picked up fast food at Chicken Fil-A, and had an unpleasant experience at Wayback Burgers. Most recently I was here to visit a brand new Korean market, KOA Mart. Other businesses in the plaza include Pasquale's Pizza Company, Belfort Fitness Lifestyle, C.Colella Dentistry, Miracle Leaf, Passport Preschool, Aero Juice, and Calvary Chapel. In the outparcel there is a Regions Bank. What really sets this plaza apart is the lush landscaping and decorative plants. There are a lot of flowering trees which add beauty to the property. The plaza is well maintained and very clean. They did a great job integrating into Coconut Creeks theme of Butterfly Capital with lots of butterfly friendly greenery.

There was a gal vacuuming at the time we came by. The vacuum was heating up and smoking a bit, so she was concerned. There were also some students or volunteers or young new employees -- I couldn't tell which -- being given a tour of the store as we were there. Both were a bit distracting. They have some inventory that will appeal depending on what you're looking for... they don't have much furniture wise. There's a bit of a bunch of different things --linens, housewares, silverware, electronics, books, clothing etc., etc. Most things are organized together by category. Price wise, it's a mix of decent prices and high prices. They have some of the more expensive items near the counter. We didn't love something enough to buy anything here. But we are still glad we came to check them out.

At first their inventory was made up of there own items but now everything they sell is donated. I love their mission which is to help animals. The Shed Thrift is a nonprofit that donates its proceeds to various veterinary hospitals in the area to support people on social security or limited income who need life-saving surgeries for their pets. I collect vintage pieces and Shed Thrift had some items like a chandelier and a set of glasses. They also had furniture, appliances, bikes, guitars, household goods, collectibles, books, movie, CD's, clothing, accessories, and more. With the influence of DIY shows showcasing recycling and re-purposing, thrifting is more popular than ever. Thrift stores help people save money and keep items out of the landfill. Shed Thrift has some unique items like a jukebox that you didn't typically see in the local area thrift stores. With their mission to help vulnerable pets, this store is an assist to Coral Springs.

Mizner Park is a family favorite in our house. We love going down here, especially on days where we…read morewant to do something outdoors, but we can't all agree on what the activity should be. Mizner kind of checks the boxes for a variety of interests. It's a great place to walk around, people watch, eat, drink, get coffee, see a movie, bowl and do some shopping. They really do have it all. The plaza is beautiful, it kind of reminds me of a European boulevard, with all kinds of landscaping, fountains and eye catching decorations along the way. They even put in a gigantic garden chess set, which believe it or not, gets a lot of use. I also have to mention Mizner Park Amphitheater at the end of the street, which hosts a variety of events throughout the year, some free and some tickered big name acts. And when they have something going on they usually have a ton of food trucks and sometimes a community market as well. In 2025 they actually had Weezer play there which was totally awesome and a great time. Overall this is not just a great spot, it's a fantastic Community asset. Absolutely love it, five stars.

Metered parking is available along the streets and in front of businesses, with a 4-hour maximum limit. Metered rates are $2 per hour. Valet parking is available in specific locations (beside the main fountain, IPIC theater, and Eddie V's) for a fee. I found it interesting to walk throughout the park. In my opinion, it has a slight similarity to Dania Pointe, but with more of a ritzy vibe. I'm looking forward to more visits.

The Shoppes at Heron Lakes offers many large stores for shoppers to indulge, including many upscale retail stores, a 37,500 sq.ft. state-of-the art fitness center, several fashion stores, a wellness spa, a 15,000 sq.ft. specialist nutrition store, several fine and casual restaurants, a bank, and many other smaller businesses. There's 200,000 SF of business retail space spread out over 23.5 acres of land. There are over 600 parking spaces as well.

It is a long indoor strip that is fairly easy to walk from end to end. We stopped in for a few quick retail visits and arrived right when the mall opened, which was ideal since it was not crowded and stores were just opening. Everyone we encountered was pleasant. At the entrance, there was security present in a vehicle that patrols the area, which adds a sense of safety. The mall is clean and conveniently has the shops we wanted to visit all in one place. There are multiple directories available at the entrances and in several other areas throughout the mall. While we do not shop at the mall often, when we do, this is our most visited mall location.
