So, in siesta key village it's the only good store providing visitors and residents on Siesta Key with what they want to enjoy the beautiful 8-mile beach and warm Gulf coast waters. I paid close to $700 back in May 2016 and never heard a thing after numerous emails and phone messages left. Finally on 7/11/2016 I reached someone only to be told that not all the pieces were available but some might be. I then had to call again on 7/13/2016 to be told that they had no idea what was available and nothing was being done....so in my frustration I cancelled the order and was told I would get a refund. It is 7/30/2016, over 2 weeks and NO REFUND. I have initiated a charge back from my credit card company. This level of incompetence is UNREAL. This place knows my phone number and my email address but chose to NEVER contact me about their inability to fulfill the order. Today the exact same knife set is STILL ADVERTISED as available on their web site. Pathetically run business and in my mind, completely untrustworthy. How can it take TWO MONTHS to get back to me?? I wasn't in Afghanistan! I had to exert the effort investigate this and force the refund I was promised. This knife set was sentimental in nature and I WASTED 2 MONTHS with this merchant when I COULD HAVE FOUND THEM ELSEWHERE. As it stands not the items are being discontinued and are NOW even harder to find after waiting over 2 months! Thanks for your incompetence and horrible communication!!!!! NEVER PATRONIZE THIS PLACE!
