The Staff is efficient and friendly. I sometimes sit in the air conditioned back room (called The Sugar Lounge) and it's a nice vibe with good music playing in the background. The breakfast sandwiches are good and a nice variety of bagels. Prepare for a line for the coffee and breakfast items. It's popular and good. They do charge $1 for oatmilk added to the coffee (which seems steep), but the milk and half-half are free.
