I called to ask for information on landscaping. The way the gentleman answered the phone was "yup." Of course this made me confused so I said "hello" again to which the gentleman replied "Tony." Again, very confusing - was he Tony or did he think he was talking to Tony...?? So, I sort of stuttered not knowing what to say and he then he said "Pinebrook Landscaping." I stated that I was calling for information on landscaping to which he replied "on what?" as if I had the the wrong number and asking for landscaping info was not a normal request. I repeated my statement and he said he'd come take a look but he isn't taking new maintenance customers. I told him it wasn't worth coming if he isn't taking new customers...and I got a reply of "yup." Not impressed by this lack of professionalism. read more

I called Pinebrook Landscaping when we needed a new landscaper. Tony called me right back and then came by to give me an estimate for weekly mowing and a fall cleanup that was very reasonable.
