The concrete for the coping is now cracking and falling into my pool. I have dents in my fence; the fence gate lock doesn't work. After the initial visit & estimate, his complete lack of any communication skills and disrespect for customer's time became undeniably apparent. Three or four times he was scheduled to call back and even to actually begin the project, he was a no-call, no-show every single time. I found him to be strange, rude & immature in the things he would say and the manner in which he would speak down to me. This one-day project would have been for several thousand dollars, mind you!!! The day he was actually scheduled to do the project I had turned down a special birthday luncheon that had been planned for me with my entire family, only to be no-showed, no-called once again. It definitely seemed like they were some maturity issues that were nowhere close to being resolved. Dealing with Antonio was unbelievably frustrating & disappointing, and I would urge anyone considering his services to be forewarned and to stay as far away as possible. I literally could not recommend him any less. It was a disaster dealing with him and just a gigantic waste of time & energy. ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!
