My schedule is crazy so it's easy for me to do a morning workout. So Sidney Wilson will arrive when you need him. Let me just tell you this. If you want a change and need a push. Sidney Wilson won't hesitate he is going to: shove, drag, murder you, and give you the encouragement to keep pushing yourself. You will go one week saying, "I got this" to him telling you we are: "lifting 90 pounds now." I honestly didn't think I could do that. I would think. this guy is on one today. But he pushed my body to physical gain the strength that I've never seen before. Everyone at work could tell a difference. The moment I got on his diet I felt better, and I felt lighter after four days! Like everything about me. I drank enough water and I was eating the right kind of foods. Of course I hit a mark where I was not loosing anymore weight, and we figured out I wasn't eating enough. If I ever had questions about if something really works or not he would explain how it does. I've gained so much self confidence by working with him. You just need to tell him. What your definition of a healthy body is and he will get you what you want.

Alma has made sure to work with me on the meal plans to work with my schedule. They also used what I have available while making sure to keep my options varied with different recommendations in case I want to switch things up. They have helped me with my portion sizing and general understanding of how much I should be eating in a day for where my body is at with different macros such as how much protein and carbs I should be intaking. Michael has been great at shaping the program to my needs after the initial assessment. He worked with me to understand the results that I wanted to see and has given me guidance to maximize results in those areas. He showed me how to really focus on developing the body parts I wanted to improve on with a more in depth explanation things such as the the range of motion I should be using to properly stretch and exhaust the muscles and explanation about fatigue. Also he's very friendly and easy to talk to. As long as you are willing to put in the work and follow the nutrition/workout plans you will see the best results possible.

I saw that Club Pilates offered a free intro course so I signed up online. I got a call that same day to schedule the course. I have never done Pilates before so I was a little nervous but the ladies in reception and the instructor were so welcoming and encouraging. I got lucky and basically got a private session since the other people who signed up didn't show. The instructor was very knowledgeable and made sure my form was good so I wouldn't hurt myself. She gave me the run down of terminology and equipment use in the 30 minutes we had. Afterwards, sign up was an easy decision. The receptionists made sure I knew how to use their app to schedule classes. I'm only 2 classes in but I've had 2 different instructors. I let both of them know I was new. They made sure to check on me throughout the class and helped me whenever I needed it - completely judgement free. When you initially sign up, you have a 3 month commitment and they have different plans and prices depending on how many classes you want to take per month. The receptionists will call/text to make sure you use your points before the month ends because the points don't roll over. Needless to say, I love it so far!

Hannah, Alecia, and Eleanor are all fantastic, knowledgeable, motivating, and attentive. Their cueing and energy keep classes engaging, and they consistently create great workouts. My one wish is that there was more of a sense of community. While the workouts themselves are great, the overall vibe can feel a bit transactional at times, and I'd love to see more opportunities for connection among members. Overall, it's a solid studio with excellent instructors and well-structured classes, and with a stronger community feel, it could be even better.

About 15 years ago I was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome which only magnified the issues that I was already experiencing. I've tried everything from fiber supplements to every laxative and cleanse on the market. I went to doctors and was put on all types of medications and even had a few colonics. I really was searching for more of a lifestyle change and didn't want to be subjected to taking a pill for the rest of my life or have to spend thousands of dollars on holistic treatments. Some would help but I never found anything that really made enough of a difference in my health and lifestyle, then I met Sara. Meeting her was the best thing that ever happened to me because she introduced me to Seven Point 2 shakes and greens which has changed my life. Most of the time I had to use a cane or walker and a scooter when I was out in public. Shawn and I discussed my situation and set goals. I wanted to lose weight, build my strength and hopefully walk better. Shawn setup online training sessions, which included videos for me to follow along. The online training was simple to follow and he was available to answer my questions whenever I needed his help He gave nutritional advice as well as instructions on what I would need to complete my workouts. His training app helps me track my nutritional intake as well as my steps and workouts. I use my iWatch but a Fitbit would work too. Since I started 2 months ago, working out 3 times a week I am now able to walk 3,500 - 4,000 steps a day without any trouble. I no longer need any device to help me walk. I even rode my bike a mile! I haven't been able to do that in over 3 years. I have more energy, wake up early and I've lost 37lbs! I highly recommend Shawn as your trainer. My son and daughter-in-law have used him as well with great success. They both do 5k runs, hikes, ski and are in great shape. I can't do all that but hey at 60 I'm doing more than I ever expected I would.
