When I first started I hated the lunges! But now I've got them down and they're one of my favorite exercises in the rotation. In addition to the workouts, she also spent a lot of time with me focused on nutrition and diet, as well as mindset. I have a high stress profession but my my twice-a-week sessions with Michelle were always a great stress relief and provided an outlet to reset my mindset and attitude. She also sent weekly reminders about nutrition and mindset. There was a period of time that I was working to establish a routine of eating breakfast. She texted me every morning to help keep me accountable. In addition to my twice weekly sessions, Michelle also loaded workouts into the Trainerize app. This allowed me to do a third workout on my own each week. Also was very helpful when I was on vacation - even if I was going to missing my in person session, I could still do the workout on my own. I would definitely recommend Michelle's services to others. When he turned on the machine, it reminded me of a hot wire and i hated how it felt on my chest. My friend on the other hand, really loved it! I could tell she was getting a really good workout. She was really happy. It felt good on her back. She felt like she was lifting weights. I would say if you want quick results, this may be good for you.

This place is awesome, best gym we've experienced. They have just about everything you need and want. We've been members at Anytime Fitness, UFC Gym, Fitness 19, So Ho and a couple of other smaller gyms. The big name gyms were just ridiculously over crowded and that's not even bringing up the snails pace of fixing the equipment. This is definitely the best alternative to any of those gyms in this area. We drive from the southern highlands area and it's definitely worth the 15 minute drive. The owners are well informed and some of the most genuine people. They were completely up front about everything, including their expectations from us as members. I can't say enough good things about this new gym, I hesitated in writing this review because I would love to keep this gym a secret, but it deserves to be rated and acknowledged. The perfect gym!
