The management is often rude when you try to ask about the problems. The construction fit the grand parkway often closes off the main road so it's extra time to be able to get anywhere. The club house you can rent out has a few broken tables and only a couple of chairs, but they charge 100 dollars to rent it. It is impossible to get to some of the houses if the roads flood and you are in any vehicle smaller than a monster truck. The one thing I like about the neighborhood is the free pecans from the pecan trees in the playground area.

This company worked on a house that I was under contract to purchase, because the repairs were…read morerequired to be performed by a licensed contractor... I am not sure where they got their licensing from, but the repairs were riddled with used components, and shoddy craftsmanship. There was a repair to a drain line that used multiple sections of scrap PVC connected with 6-8 90 degree bends (which was not properly cleaned or primed before gluing, resulting in leaks). The "attic vent fan" that they installed consisted of a used air handler from a broken HVAC unit, an old thermostat, and a longer than necessary duct which was probably also from the trash heap. If you want professionals to do the work, PLEASE call someone else. If you want used components, sloppy craftsmanship, and a lack of care in general about the property: I suggest you take a 30 pack of natural light to a trailer park and get the first guy who says he can do it - or call mike and chris.
