The fences have holes and aren't fully attached to the post. The pool closes a month earlier than it should. The amenities aren't worth the trouble you will face if you move here.

This sales person, JT. dealt with this all in stride. he was very honest, straight forward and to the point. A real straight shooter. The other times I had to call in to the center, to ask questions, I felt everyone in this center was well versed, very well educated in their product they were selling. I found them all to be very honest and straight shooters, especially, my sales person JT. I am a very straight forward to the point person. They , this center was very accommodating. I also found the sale manger, GM scott salter, very accommodating every step of the way. I am a great world class complainer, I know how to bring it on the complaints. I actually was a happy camper dealing with JT & this center. I really don't' have anything at this point to complain about. However, I will come back here and give you a review on how the rest of my process goes, the set up, delivery, the rest of the services go.. Maybe I will have something here to complain about then. This company worked on a house that I was under contract to purchase, because the repairs were…read morerequired to be performed by a licensed contractor... I am not sure where they got their licensing from, but the repairs were riddled with used components, and shoddy craftsmanship. There was a repair to a drain line that used multiple sections of scrap PVC connected with 6-8 90 degree bends (which was not properly cleaned or primed before gluing, resulting in leaks). The "attic vent fan" that they installed consisted of a used air handler from a broken HVAC unit, an old thermostat, and a longer than necessary duct which was probably also from the trash heap. If you want professionals to do the work, PLEASE call someone else. If you want used components, sloppy craftsmanship, and a lack of care in general about the property: I suggest you take a 30 pack of natural light to a trailer park and get the first guy who says he can do it - or call mike and chris.
