HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY…read more I have never dealt with a party rental company this unprofessional and difficult to work with. We rented a tent with air conditioning from Fiesta Solutions Party Rental in Tampa for my niece's wedding, and what should have been an exciting and memorable occasion turned into an absolute nightmare. The air-conditioning unit smelled horrible from the moment it was brought to our location. We were told the equipment had been picked up from a farm before being delivered to us, which honestly made the condition of the equipment even more concerning. What is even more unacceptable is that NOWHERE IN OUR CONTRACT did it state that we were limited to 16 hours of air-conditioning use. There was no stated hourly limit for the AC. Yet, halfway through setting up for my niece's wedding, we were suddenly told that we only had 16 hours of use. That is absolutely not something you spring on a customer in the middle of their niece's wedding setup. On top of that, the machine was provided with limited DEF and diesel fuel, and now we are being hit with an additional $800+ charge that was not disclosed in the contract. If there are additional fees, usage limits, or fuel requirements, they should be clearly stated BEFORE someone signs a contract--not conveniently brought up after the equipment has already been delivered and the customer has no reasonable opportunity to make other arrangements. We attempted to speak directly with Jesus, the owner, to resolve the situation, and instead of professionally addressing our concerns, he was extremely rude and threatening. The way we were treated as customers was completely unacceptable. A wedding is already stressful enough without having to argue with a rental company over surprise restrictions and charges that were never clearly disclosed. Read your contract VERY carefully and get every promise and fee in writing before doing business with this company. Based on our experience, I would absolutely never rent from Fiesta Solutions again, and I would strongly encourage anyone planning an important event to think twice before trusting this company with it. Terrible equipment experience. Terrible communication. Surprise charges. And completely unprofessional customer service. I regret giving this company our business.

My experience with Gabro was organized, professional and easy from beginning to end. I used Gabro for lighting, tables, chairs and other small decor stuff. I believe we had 20 farm tables and 140 chairs rented from them. I communicated with Angel from Gabro and she was always very responsive. The day of the wedding they were great and the products I rented were in great shape. The wedding was absolutely beautiful in large part due to them. I had such a great experience using them at my wedding, I am using them again for my best friends baby shower. That shows you just how amazing her skill is in finding you what you really want, not just what you think you want. Our first date got rescheduled, then it happened again.... And again. Freaking Covid-19! We even decided to just call it off because of the stress of Covid and the wedding. Everything was a mess, like most people during 2020. Dawn was amazing and supportive through it all. I know she was my wedding planner but I saw her as much more of a friend than just a planner. She talked me through soo much and she couldn't have been more understanding about the cancelation after the multiple delays. When my husband and I finally worked through all of the covid stress and were ready to tie the knot Dawn was our first call. She put together our perfect micro-wedding in a matter of weeks. She had back up plans for her back up plans so that, if anything went wrong, we were covered. We had our dream day and to top it all off Dawn was our officiant! She wrote the perfect ceremony for us and kept it the length we wanted. It was everything we could have ever wanted. We are going to be having a big wedding once it is safe to do so and I can't wait! I found Bill on a google search and was hesitant due to some of the reviews. I emailed him and he responded quickly. He was available for the day of the party which was only the following week and his prices were extremely affordable. Whenever I needed to contact him, he was very quick to respond. He was very friendly when he arrived (early) and blew up the balloons with no issues. I would highly recommend Bill for any of your party needs.
