We decided to get married very quickly after our engagement (only a few months) which has the potential of being extremely stressful and overwhelming. After enlisting the help of Jimmy and Julee we felt at ease with their sweet, calming personalities and confidence. Everything went incredibly smooth and we felt we were in great hands every step of the way. They completely set themselves apart from other companies due to the passion and heart that they put into ensuring your day is all you hoped and more. For example, I was blown away by our bridal party's flowers - they definitely were beyond my expectations. I showed Jimmy a screenshot of a bouquet that I loved and described a few small tweaks that I preferred, but also told him that nothing had to be exact if the flowers were difficult to find in the area and time frame. He called me to tell me about what they had come up with, including outsourcing some lilies, and assured me they were going to be great. Well, indeed they were! They were so incredibly similar to the picture and even better than I imagined. They continued to add so much color and vibrancy to our pictures throughout the night. They also had a wide variety of decor options that allowed us to personalize our setup (without the upgrade prices on every little thing like other companies we looked into). Everything was beautifully executed, but perhaps, one of my favorite parts of my wedding day experience with them was a message I received while getting my hair and makeup done (which was a bit behind in schedule - aka I was stressing). It was a picture of our setup with some comforting words to calm me - even while typing this it warms my heart remembering how it made me feel in that moment. It is the little things sometimes that make the biggest difference. I highly recommend them to all future bride and grooms!

No explanation whatsoever. 1-800-Flowers even told us that they were delivered on May 9, but that was false, so a subsequent investigation had to be done to confirm that nothing was actually delivered. Shocked by the lack of professionalism of this business given that the order was placed over two months in advance. For what it's worth, the flowers were actually pretty good. But as far as value is concerned, I would not go with this florist again given the stress we all experienced and the time we wasted.
