Joined PRO about a month ago, attended my first class today. They have plenty of room, not too hot not too cold, and everyone is super nice.

Dealing with the application process and the people in the office has been a complete nightmare. Poor instructions, glitches and just a general arrogant and non-caring attitude of the leasing agents are mind blowing. It's a real shame when people can ruin a place, but this is the case here. I was trying to rent their largest apartment as a second home for a few days a week. I have perfect credit and no issues, but I just didn't get the support to add my wife to the application, who also has perfect credit. No matter what I did, I couldn't get the system to process the online application. Every time I called them, they acted like I was just not getting it. I run a 40-million-dollar company and filing out a silly rental application is not an issue. If they treat all their applicants, this way it wont be long before these kind of reviews tank the reputation of the Axio. Terrible customer service is not an option if you are a good company. If you are a good company, you find solutions, period.

We walked around since the amenities are front and center and checked out the gym it was underwhelming. Went back and sat down they were still talking a girl walked up and saw us but didn't greet us goes into the office with everyone else came out and said do you have an appointment. ( no hi, no hello, no thank for your interest nothing) I got up and walked out. We went to Waterview instead it's beautiful and affordable and the leasing agent there was very nice from the moment we walked in. It's no wonder this place has bad reviews the fish rots at the head. The rude leasing agents.

Only after repeated follow up with no reply did they tell me I filled out the wrong form. Even though I didn't. I got the form from their website the day I submitted. I even sent them the link to their website where I got the form. Instead of acknowledging their mistake they gaslit me and told me I filled out the wrong form and have to download from their portal. I guess their "portal" is different from their website. I never did find the form so they finally emailed it to me. The form was EXACTLY the same except the footer had a different date on it. Such BS. So I filled out the info on the updated form and resubmitted and now I'm in yet another blackout period. I contacted our HOA directly to find out what the heck the holdup was bc it's very busy spring season and I need to get on the schedule for the contractor. HOA said they never got the request. It's now been over a month since I submitted. Totally unhelpful. Inept. Disorganized. Unhelpful. And we pay an insane amount of money for our fees with zero service. You would think they would be happy I wanted to improve my front yard but apparently not. Totally incompetent, rude, disorganized, mess.

My credit still has not updated from your mistake and it likely will not for a while. 800 to a 690 was a sight to see from this single occurrence. A note to the person living in 6202, the screenshot shows where you should place the buckets whenever we get more than 4/6 inches of rain in a day. It helps if you go upstairs and sweep in front of your upstairs neighbors door so water stops dripping down. This is more than likely what they charged me "damages" for even though they knew about it in a documented maintenance request. I highly doubt they used the money to fix it so hopefully this helps you and your belongings. During the bad hurricanes, a few gallons of water comes out of the ceiling and the right lightbulb above the island will burst so keep it turned off and the one above the front door. It helps if you take the light fixture cover off for this one and place the bucket underneath. Regardless of the insulting negligence from the office, the maintenance men were always so kind and I felt safe having them inside of my apartment when I was alone. Please always keep them around they were amazing people.
