The store is small and is packed with racks of clothing marked for women, men, and children. Each section is clearly marked for sweaters, blouses, pants, etc. On the right side from the entrance, there's a small sorting area, area for linens and knick knacks. The day I came, there was a local and her grandchild talking very loud to the thrift store staff. The child's interaction was polite and pleasant, so it didn't bother me as I shopped. The book selection was vast, but limited. Photos a long the back wall. I spotted exactly a black cardigan, but no white one in my size, but luckily I found a yellow one to match my dress. I purchased both at a very affordable price. The elderly lady who ringed me up was great! Very nice, personable, and provided me with local restaurant recommendations. I enjoyed my time at Ladies of Charity. The customer service was through the roof amazing! I recommend this business!
