This place runs on a "park-and-pick" setup, meaning you'll drive to different spots around the farm for each activity. Apple picking is by bag size, not by the pound -- the smallest bag was $7.50 and fit about 10-12 apples. It was hot the day we went, so we stuck to apple picking and cooled off at the marketplace afterward (skipped the maze and sunflowers). The cider and donuts were just okay compared to other farms I've been to, but the apple cider slush? Totally addictive (even if it's $9 -- ouch). Once the sun eased up later in the afternoon, we stopped by to see the goats and chickens and hopped on the hay ride -- the perfect cozy ending to the day.

Phone call a week before, ready to answer questions, no need to make a reservation, "Just call me a 1/2 hour out" Bill said. Professional advice etc! Today, I was expecting to pick up plants, talk a little and head home. Not only answered all of our questions, asked what we were doing, our plans etc, full tour of everything, met his mom, , talked to one of his sons, showed us around, gave tips, his employees were awesome and knowledgeable. This IS his passion. For or some it is a job, for him he absolutely loves what he does! No minimums, extremely gracious, kind. Bill, if you see this, THANK YOU SO MUCH. I've frequented this establishment since the 1980s, and was always pleased with Tony Diamonds prices, as he always had great low prices, catering to the local community, and the vegetables were always fresh and tasty. After new management began serving the community, I've stopped by every weekend for the past year. Unfortunately, I've had to throw away several bags of produce, as they appear to be fresh on the outside, but are either rotting/molding when you open them up. The quality of the new managements produce is drastically low, they go bad after 2-3 days of purchasing. The new owners are not looking to serve quality produce, they're out for a quick buck. I would not eat the produce as I would not want to end up getting worms or worse from eating rotting food. I recommend going elsewhere.

Earlier this week I went blueberry picking here. This year their crop was not as fruitful due to…read moreweather and other setbacks, but | was still able to pick almost 3 pounds and my MIL 4 pounds. The price is still $2.80 per pound. The farm will be open until the berries run out this season so if you plan on going I wouldn't wait. There is plenty of parking and they give you buckets to put the berries in as you pick them. This is a family run farm and the few people I saw working that day were very polite. Hope to get back there next year.

If she has something at the stand that didn't come from her home, it's from someone in the family or local. Her baked goods are great, and her produce does not disappoint. I was sad to see the review down below because I've never had bad produce. Maybe something is bruised but she gives a deal on it not just "here have this less-than-perfect produce for the same price." That would be wild. Anyway, highly recommend her baked goods and the canned stuff. Fav farm stand to stop at.
