Of all the flavors, I tried their coffee ice cream and it was really good. Since our group was one of the first to dine there for the day, food was still pretty fresh when we arrive. The woman bartending (I didn't catch her name unfortunately) was one of the friendliest people I've ever seen working in a brewery. Incredibly personable and talkative, and really made us feel welcome. My girlfriend and I each ordered a flight, and the individual pours came with accompanying information cards about each beer, which was a nice touch. They had a large number of stouts and sours, if those are your thing, and all were excellent. The real standout for me was the Vive Mas, a green sour ale apparently designed to emulate the Taco Bell Baja Blast, but for me it evoked memories of the Ecto Cooler produced by Hi-C in the 90's. Axe and Arrow's version is a sour ale with pineapple, blue raspberry, lemonade, and marshmallow, and is absolutely delicious. Put this place on your list of NJ breweries to visit - you won't regret it.
