I really wanted to love my nails when I got them done here because the women were so kind and helpful. Sadly, my nails are crooked and two are pretty mishapened. Along with this, two of my nails have chipped and its only been 2 days. I am really hoping they dont break easily. With everything going on (pandemic and such lol) they do SUCH a good job at sanitizing, keeping everything clean, etc. They ask everyone to fill out a COVID form and then wash their hands, before sanitizing everything they will be using! Exactly what I wanted! Fast service and great environment. The chihuahua Benny they have walking around there is so cute also! The only thing I would recommend for them is to add a larger color selection for regular polish. Other than that, I will stick with this place. Every other place I've tried is much more expensive. I walked in without an appointment and they took me within 10 minutes. The woman that did my gel manicure ($25) and my toe polish change ($12) was very nice and did a great job. My only caveat was that the polish change is advertised as $7 on their wall, but she charged me for $12, which I wouldn't have done, had I known the price difference. read more

I used to like this place. I really did. They were always friendly and polite and clean and did a great job. But when I called to make an appointment and they take it... I didn't expect to arrive 5minites early for my appointment only to wait literally 30 minutes until they started!! First it took them 10+ minutes to have me sit in the pedicure chair, then after sitting for another 15minutes I ask how much longer, reminding them I had an appointment and they just say "a few more minutes". Yup still sitting here another 20minutes later and they haven't started. I made an appointment the day before for my aunt and myself. Nobody else was in the salon but they started me right away and then made my aunt wait for 15 min. Then maybe a few min into mine, another girl walked in and asked if she could have a full set. Horrible experience. My daughter and I went for pedicures. They said they could take us right away and then proceeded to ignore us. Finally someone filled two sinks and we sat down and water was cold. Left us sitting there for another 10 minutes. Finally we realized that our pedis were going to be done by two people who were doing manicures on other customers. They would leave their customers and periodically come by and give us some attention. They were rushing and were not paying attention. My daughter was cut twice and was bleeding. She was in a lot of pain but the workers could care less. They barely spent any time with us before they polished our nails. I had to remind them to put a clear coat of polish on finished nails. Place is filthy and client service is beyond poor. Stay clear of this place! Worst $50 I ever spent. read more

ABSOLUTLY LOVE THE STAFF & THEIR WORK. I come in to see Vinny, and along his side working is his wife and sister. They are so attentive and make sure you leave there happy and pampered. They don't forget you, once you walk through the door you are greeted with a smile and even addressed by your name. They talk to you through out the session and ask you questions, get to know you and will remember what you spoke about for the next visit. I have had a nail broken a few times and I go right in and they fix it with no hesitations. I've been to this place a couple times. Awesome pedicures! They do the leg scrub as part of the standard pedi and they rub your legs for what seems like forever. Normally you have to pay $10 extra for that length of time. This time I also got my brows done and the woman did an awesome job. The staff is very accommodating and sweet.
