I had a appointment booked around 4 pm for one studio spa pedicure package with eyebrow and lip wax( offer from groupon). I was like 11 min late. So i called the location and they were graceful enough to accommodate me. By the time i picked colour and sat on the massage chair to get started with the pedicure it was 430pm.they mentioned as no one is there after me, they can provide full service. if therehad been someone after me, they would cut down my service, which I agree 100%. As I requested I got pedicure by Maddie, as I came across her name in yelp reviews. So the session started at 430 , i got nails trimmed ,cuticles removed. i had even got scrub and cucumber lotion for hardly 1 or 2 min each. Didnt feel any massage or strokes or spa care. i will post the picture of my feet. i still have cracks. Only 2 min was spent on both the legs to clean the cracks. by 450, she started applying the nail colour. i was looking at the time all the time. may be by 5 or 505pm it was done with 2coats. This location may be good for manicure atleast by customer reviews, didnt feel good with pedicure. i was then called for wax. The lady(dont remember the name) did almost perfect job. i have no complaints. For her, i wish i could give 5 stars. read more

This is definitely the best place to get your nails done in the Dracut/Methuen area! Heather is so wonderful and always takes the time to make sure your nails are absolutely perfect. I get gel nail polish and it last for weeks at a time. They also have a wide variety of really amazing colors and product types. Do not recommend. Unfortunately I was away to a place that I didnt had service and I couldnt call or send emails. Long story short I still got charged for both of the service without getting it, I didnt either received a confirmation call. According to them for the cancelation policy. Have in mind, I try to explain the situation to the owner and she was telling me if I can send her screenshots of me trying to call. Also, very hard to get appointments with the owner since shes always booked, shes the only one that can do a decent manicure. Apps with her has to be when shes available not when you as a client needs it or want it. Other than that, is a nice place very and the owner uses good quality products. Due to this experience I WILL NOT recommend this place neither will go back. read more

Not only do I not recommend this place but it should be shut down. They barely cover your nails with polish. Extremely sloppy. I have deep cuts and layers taken off my skin in my feet that are so sore I can't even walk. Refer to pictures for cuts and polishing job. I gave it one star cause yelp doesn't let you give none. read more

"Spa pedicure" my foot (pun intended). Worst pedicure I've ever had. Barely clipped my toenails (I had to ask her to do it again.) Did not remove callouses. Did not clean underneath the nails. I had to ask her to do it. Did not scrub or exfoliate, or massage as indicated in the "spa pedicure" description. Basically she ran her hands over my feet, put the polish on, and that was it. And don't look for scintillating conversation. read more

I have pros and cons for this review. Place is great with only a couple of pedi chairs. lots of colors to choose from. the staff was polite and easy going. prices are in range with other places I've been. Plus it is right down the street form my house!! but I have been here twice in the last month and wasn't thrilled with the results. the first time I got a pedi and within two weeks the polish on one toe was gone completely like nothing was ever there. rest had minor chips. Since i just gotten a pedicure and was going on vacation, I got a color change. By day four, my polish had chipped and after 10 days, it started to peel on a couple nails. Very disappointed that neither polish lasted more than two weeks. I have been to other places and had it still looking good after a month. read more

This nail salon is wonderful, i was visiting the area for my batchelorette party and heather was able to squeeze me in. She did such a good job on my nails, paid attention to every detail. I have visited this salon two times recently for a bio sculpture gel mani (once with nail extensions) and I could not be happier! The staff is really friendly and does a fabulous job. Love this place, so friendly and I love the environment! I love that it's private and not fill with a bunch of people at once. Yes you need to set reservations/ appointments to get your nails done but you receive better service. Heather is the best nail tech. Mary is not. Try the most you can to get anyone else but Mary. She did my girlfriends nails and it came out horrible! The only good nail was from heather! (Heather had to do the design nail because Mary didn't know how to) and then Mary ruined one of the design nails by rushing and putting a top coat and smudging the design. Besides Mary, everything else is perfect and I'll definitely recommend to come here. read more

Overall, I was very happy with VIP Nail Studio. Walking in, the decor was inviting and modern. I loved the overall feel of the place. Also, it was clean, which is very important! I brought my bridal party here for pre-wedding pampering. There were 8 girls, including my 4 year old niece. We each got a combo of manis and/or pedis, some with gel and others with regular polish. I got a gel french manicure and regular painted pedicure. They had a wide variety of colors to choose from. I was happy with both and they lasted through my honeymoon. Prices were great! The owner was very kind and welcoming! Unfortunately, there were only 2 pedicure chairs, which slowed down the process a bit. Also, only 2 women were doing manicures. I'm not sure if the others were unable, or what was going on. We were there for over 3 hours, which got a little long. Overall, I would definitely recommend this salon! :-) read more

So I really, really wanted to like this place but two stars it is. I purchased a groupon $39 for one shellac or gel manicure with a paraffin treatment and one studio spa pedicure ($80 value). If I didn't have this groupon and went into that place having to pay $80 for the service I was given, I might have dropped dead. Let me start off by saying that the lady who did my nails was very friendly, but quiet. When I think of a pedicure, I relaxing and therapeutic come to mind... I think I soaked my feet in the lukewarm water for a total of three minutes (and I am not exaggerating) and then, that was it. They never touched the water again. She trimmed my cuticles and then ever so gently, and I mean GENTLY (as in feather-like) used a buffer thing on the bottom of my feet for about ten seconds and then proceeded to put lotion on and then the polish... And just like that, it was over! I think my pedicure lasted all of 15 minutes. I'm sorry but If you are going to charge a spa like price, I expect spa-like quality... Groupon or not! My manicure looked nice, nothing spectacular. Surprisingly, she was a bit rough during the cuticle removal causing a few minor cuts. Afterward, once the shellac was on and dry, she began filing my nails, which I found odd, causing some rigidity. LASTLY, the groupon was suppose to include a paraffin treatment but since the gadget wasn't plugged in, the wax was hard and I was unable to get that part of the deal. She did somewhat make up for it by rubbing some almond moisturizer onto my hands, but it just wasn't the same. And did I mention they charged me to remove the polish I had on from a previous manicure? Needless to say, I will not be returning. read more

I didn't put one star down just because of your eighties'd out curing lights. I wear gloves during my services to keep my manicure in tip-top shape, therefore, yes your mountain of glitter gel definitely made my polish lift. Also, I saw you physically take out your IBD gel of glitter and gloop it on each one of my nails, after you put a top coat on (So many LAYERS!!!!). When I go to a nail salon, I keep what I do out of my mouth and let the nail technician do her thing. If I told you I was one, would it have made you do a better job? read more

My friend and I bought groupons for the spa pedi with gel polish we then added a classic mani. On the night of our appointment we were the only customers so it quiet and relaxing. The place was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the service and would definitely go back. read more

They do not pick up the phone when you call. Returned my call one day later. Used the online service to book an appointment and they called to cancel saying that appointment wasn't really available. Been here several times already and usually I leave pretty satisfied. Place is clean. Most of staff is personable. Prices are on par with other nail salons. Best to book online way in advance because seating is limited and appointments fill up quickly. Not a good option for walk ins. Had my first bad experience last week. I had a staff member who I never sat with before do my nails. I trusted that if you are employed here you should know how to do nails properly. I always get gel mani/pedi because of its resilience and never had a problem. Usually need to come back due to nail growth and not wear and tear on polish. Didn't have gel polish on for 10 hours when paint chipped off one nail. Salon was very accommodating about fitting me in to repair it. (Although got another associate who didn't know how to do a chip repair and her final fix up result looked horrible but thankfully owner was there to tell her proper way to finish nail. I was more appalled that nail tech lied when asked if she did a certain procedure and was going to let me leave with nail looking incomplete but I digress). So I was relatively happy nail was fixed and chalked it to a fluke that gel polished chipped in first place. Well exactly 1 week since appointment and 2 other nails the polish has flecked off. I'm not going to bother going back to have fixed. But gel polish very hardy and should not chip off. I am not doing anything to have it happen either. I can only assume that some procedure was missed or performed improperly and paint has not adhered to nail as it should. I am not pleased and will hope I don't get same person again. Since this has been my only negative experience I will continue to go here because the good out weigh the bad and sometimes these things happen. read more

I went in for a gel manicure with Heather and everything went great! The prices are reasonable which I like and the salon appeared to be clean. When I washed my hands at the sink, I was asked to throw my towel into the hamper below. Plus I got my nail file to take home with me, Ive never had that before. Used a groupon for a studio spa pedicure and it was terrible. Didn't soak or scrub my feet nearly long enough and completely messed up the nail polish. There was no dryer for the nail polish so I sat there with a fan to my feet. I was shooed out because they were closing and couldn't get me out of there fast enough. My pedicure got ruined when I got in the car because it was not dry. Thankful I didn't spend $45 on this 15 minute pedicure. Actually angry I even spent $20. Definitely will not go back read more

I had a wonderful experience at this salon. I had a groupon for a spa pedicure and manicure. The salon itself is nicely appointed and extremely clean. It was very relaxing (no loud tvs or radios on in the background) and the pedicure chairs are great! While I do think the $70 regular charge for this service is a bit expensive, I am highly satisfied with the results. My pedicure was exactly what I would expect for a spa pedicure. I had a chance to soak my feet beforehand and the treatment lasted a while. I even sat for a bit with hot towels wrapped around my feet/calves. I would definitely recommend this salon. read more
