They also had a lot of traditional items/supplies for tea ceremonies, calligraphy, and kimonos. I had fun looking through all the items as it brought me back to our summer in Japan. Apparently they have a long standing history in LA, having opened in 1946 after World War II. The shop occupies the site of the first Japanese-owned business in Los Angeles, circa 1890's. Pretty cool! I have a soft spot for everything animal shaped and soo.... I picked up a fun/odd felt tiger Christmas ornament, a cat pen, and a super cute bronze cat shaped spoon that hangs on the side of your cup. Did I need it? No.... but it's fun and makes me happy. Haha! Overall, great shop to browse around and find some unique gift items. They even wrap up your purchases in paper bags like they do in Japan. I LOVE IT!

They have sales associate coming around asking if you need help and if there's a specific item you're looking for. Our child found the blind box series our child was looking for. We picked that up along with some stationary set and stickers. There are 2 check out counters and cashiers. The wait for payment wasn't too long, about 5 minutes. I was asked if I wanted a shopping bag by the cashier and I said yes because of all the merchandise we purchased for our child. Just be aware Neko Stop charges for a shopping bag doesn't matter how much you've spent.

I ordered a birthday surprise bouquet for my girlfriend (around $500 total) and selected a scheduled delivery window: 9 AM-12 PM to Temple City. Because I'm traveling overseas, I double-checked everything and called both the day before and the morning of to confirm the window. None of that mattered. The delivery missed the window by hours, and the communication was the worst part. I tried repeatedly to reach support and the driver and got silence for most of the day. I eventually had to spoil the surprise and send my girlfriend the order details so she could try contacting them too--on her birthday, which was frustrating and honestly embarrassing. Since she had plans and couldn't stay home indefinitely, she had to coordinate someone to wait at her house so the flowers wouldn't be left outside and potentially stolen. The delivery kept getting pushed later, and she didn't actually see the flowers until after midnight. When I followed up, the response was basically: "we can't guarantee delivery timing" and "we'll see what we can do." Then they stopped responding. Months later, the only thing they offered was $25 (the shipping fee) on a ~$500 order--and it wasn't even processed automatically, just mentioned as an "offer." If you're ordering for a special occasion or paying for a timed window, I'd strongly recommend choosing another company. read more

If I could give them 10 stars I would. My daughter called me and I noticed she was having a tough morning and on her way to work. As a mom it killed me and told her all will work out and to have an Amazing Shift (shes a server). I live in Los Angeles and she works in West Hollywood. Not only was it a Sunday but I had no idea who to call. I only had $100 to my name but i had to do this for her. Went on Goggle and most places were closed in her area. Thankfully I found Pink Clover Flowers, went on their site and the fist pic that came up I immediately knew that was the one. 1030am I sent them a message asking if they would be able to deliver by 1pm. I immediately got a response saying Yes. As per this arrangement if u want roses u must special and I definitely wanted some. I was very skeptical that these same-day delivery flowers would get there on the same day, but Sofia and Pink Clover Flowers did it!! The recipient kept saying how beautiful they were and how good they smelled. This company did exactly what they said they would do: delivered beautiful flowers on the same day as I ordered them. I checked online and saw many flower shops, but Pink Clover Flowers website caught my eyes and when I called them, they answered the phone right away which makes you feel very special, I thought that was a very personal touch. I spoke to Sofia and she was so kind and attentive. She even did a special request for me which I will never forget...I had a very long letter to go with the flowers and they made sure they printed my letter as well to go with the gorgeous flowers!!! This is probably one of the cutest little boutiques I have been to! My friend and I browsed through this little shop after we had some coffee next door. All the little trinkets and gifts are so cute and very inexpensive. I bought a candle that smells delicious and my friend bought some scented matches! They have a florist where you can order a bouquet of flowers as well. When we were shopping a customer had received his rose bouquet that was beautiful! It was small but the flowers were so vibrant and fresh! The only thing I would recommend would be to have a flower arranging class! I asked if they offered any because the space is just so cute and perfect for a little class but they said they don't have any! Hopefully this is something they can incorporate because I've always wanted to do one and this is the cutest spot to host! Overall great place and such cute products! Not only was the website super easy to navigate, they had her favorite flowers - peonies - available! After submitting my order, Pink Clover went above and beyond by texting to make sure I had a personalized message to go with the flowers. On the day of the delivery, they sent me frequent text updates on when the flowers would be delivered, and helped make sure they arrived before we had to leave to make our dinner reservation! I cannot say enough good things about Pink Clover. I live in Connecticut and found this site on the internet when I was looking to send flowers for my aunt's 80th birthday. She had to be alone on her birthday due to the fires in LA, so I wanted to send her something special. And then I mistakenly mistyped the address! When the driver went to deliver the flowers, he couldn't reach her, and so she didn't get the flowers. The next day Yennefer at Pink Clover very kindly sent out another order and did not charge me. She and I have spoken on the phone, and she is so kind and so professional--and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous! My aunt was so happy, and so am I. I will always use this florist. Beware of the fine print and delivery windows. I placed an order on Friday for delivery to a funeral the following Day. They are open until 5pm on Saturdays. I got a text on Sunday at 3:30 in the afternoon saying they tried to deliver but the gates were closed. I called Pink Clover - they stated that I should have given special instructions because they tried to deliver after 6pm. They offered to remake and deliver today but the funeral was Sunday and the family has all left town. I requested a refund and they denied it. What florist tries to deliver to a funeral home after 5pm. Lesson learned. read all fine print. They need to have a bold indicator on the Delivery or Pick up that says - delivery noon-8pm. Love the availability and selection of this place. The care and attention they put into your flowers and arrangements really makes it easy for someone who wants to walk in or call ahead of time. I love the assortment and how well they accommodated my requests for colors!! I place multiple flower orders weekly for our agency's talent and let me tell you the level of customer care with this florist is top notch. I called for a same day delivery. Although I couldn't get through at first I got a call back within 5 min. I then got a text message confirming all the details and a link for payment. I got a photo of the product before it went out for delivery, and continued communication until the flowers made it to my client's house. I wish I had more than 5 stars to give Inna , the owner and operator of Pink Clover Flowers in Los Angeles, CA. I helped my son and daughter-in-law plan their wedding. I live in Texas and it was challenging to plan a wedding long distance. I saw the amazing reviews for Inna and she deserves all the great reviews. She helped us plan the bridal bouquet, boutonnières, and flower arrangements. They were the most beautiful arrangements and her prices are amazing. I wish she was in Texas. Probably the best florist I ever met. I wasn't at the store but saw some pictures in a social media, and it catch my eye long time ago but I really sending have a chance or occasion. Now, when my friends are getting engaged I d3cided to give Pink Clover a chance. I called and described the bouquet I'd like to see and which flowers I'd like to use. Colors, style - all this was added by the talented owner Inna. Also was offered delivery at no cost. The emotions of my friends were incredible, I couldn't describe it trough the text. I'm very picky about flowers and have been disappointed many times. But I discovered Pink Clover several years ago, while looking to send flowers to my niece across the country in LA. I was blown away by the beauty of their arrangements and how unique and artistic they were. Their selection is vast, their deliveries are true to the images they present, they are efficient, reliable, communicative and lovely to deal with. I think this is the sixth year in a row I've used their service and I will continue year after year. Beautiful. Impressive. Quality and Artistic presentation. Upon arrival we met with Gladys at the flower shop and assured us the secured delivery and knew exactly where to deliver. We placed our order and as you know funeral arrangements are not cheap. On the day of the service, we went to the cemetery and when we arrived, we noticed our specific arrangements ordered from this place were thrown on the ground and broken, with roses out of place and in the ground, while the other arrangements from other shops were nicely placed and displayed. as a grieving family, you would want everything to go as plan, smooth and beautiful, as appreciation for your loved one. My husband called Gladys, and spoke to him and said that the arrangements were placed at the gravesite, but yet when she sent the pictures, it was no where near our grandbaby's site. Very disappointed that after talking with her, she was adiment that it was not her delivery workers but instead blamed it on Rose Hills. My husband all he wanted from Gladys and the flower shop to take responsibility for the misdelivered of the flowers arrangements and destruction. Please do not place your orders with this shop, unless you want these arrangements destroyed.
