Sometimes the service is good, other forms it's bad. There is a gentlemen who was very kind. I like how it's ventilated, gated and you need 2 codes to get inside. One to open the gates, and one code to go inside into your storage. I like the quality. And value of the units. Price is reasonable, I like nor they text you, call you and email informing you of a late payments / payments and posted payments. read more

Rates went up 3 times in our 2yrs of being there. Key pads didn't work most of the time save your money and look elsewhere.

This might not be as solid or as legit of a review as I'd like to post but for the time I was there it was nice. Clean and well built. The climate control was perfect. There not fully done building this up yet. But security "seems " to be adequate with all the cameras around. The service of staff and quality of the units are great. Very happy with that and the kindness and efficiency of the staff. We have a unit in the temperature controlled area inside. I needed storage for furniture and clothing. The last few times I've been there it smelled strongly of weed. My items are for resale so I'm worried they will absorb the weed smell over time. I put a deodorizer in my unit so I hope it helps. If not, I will have to move. read more

Julian was very helpful. When i first called a couple of weeks ago he didn't have any units available for me, but he took my name and number and promised to call when something came up. True to his word Julian called me yesterday to inform me he had a unit for me. I'm not able to take it because my needs changed but I thanked him for his follow-up and thought y'all should know that Julian takes his job seriously and he's very courteous and professional. NEVER PUT YOUR RV HERE!!!! We had our RV broken into as well as everyone that has one parked there. There was extensive damage and even though the owner was notified he couldn't be bothered to reach out to any of us personally. The owner is out of state and the manager Raquel could care less about any of us. We asked that they have someone out there for security purposes as none of us could secure our rvs due to all the damage done and they refused. Almost all of us moved our rigs out immediately!! This place is overpriced and has no security even though we were told there was video surveillance. There is if your renting a unit but none for the RV storage. They say they are now going to pit up cameras and lights now... sure they are just like they were starting the next phase months ago. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! read more

Where is the security for the trailers??? Went to your facility today ready to rent a space for our travel trailer and found that your yard is beautiful but backs up to the rail road tracks. Which again isn't the problem. The problem is the homeless running up and down right there and digging holes to get into your yard and no security to protect our campers. Sorry have to go elsewhere. read more
