He proceeded to give me a tour and try to sell me a bunch of stuff when I said all I wanted was a package for spray tan so 45 minutes later I finally get in the booth to do my spray tan and charged me not only for the package and the membership fee, but then proceeded to charge me for a cartridge and said that that's how that works for the first time. I just went back today to get another spray tan and was told that my membership was only for the beds and each time I spray tan. I have to pay for a cartridge. I explained that is not what I signed up for and explained who did it and then they told me that I could upgrade for an additional $30 or pay $15 per whatever cartridge I needed anytime I wanted to spray tan. I asked them to fix it and Weil the ladies at the front desk were pleasant. They said that they were not able to do that and I had to contact corporate. So I left without getting my tan I am irritated beyond belief that this happened and that there was nothing that could be done about it. It's a total scam and I am so irritated at the guy at the front desk that caused this problem and it can't be something that can be undone. What a joke.

There's a few metered spots directly outside the office building as well as a metered parking lot behind the building. Flawless is on the second floor and the elevator didn't look like it worked, so be prepared for stairs in terms of accessibility. Their space is super cute, welcoming and buzzing with happy clients. This was the first time I ever had a lash lift, and Lauren was great! She was very knowledgeable, walked me through the process, and followed COVID safety protocol. The building itself is older, and in her service room, it was super muggy when we started my service. I was overheating and she was kind enough to put on the AC specifically to make me more comfortable. I loved my lashes afterwards and they lasted longer than I expected. Comparatively, their prices are fair and even with other local businesses. They also offer tanning and other beauty services, and I won't hesitate to return here for a future service. Please read on and judge for yourselves. My husband and I had our first visit to Spavia last month in Dublin, Ohio, where he received an outstanding salt stone massage. Since we live in Cleveland, he was looking forward to having a similar experience at the Spavia in Strongsville. Unfortunately, this visit was the complete opposite -- truly awful for him. Based on his provider, Ashley's reviews, it's clear his experience with her, wasn't due to her lack of skill or knowledge, but rather her lack of enthusiasm and unwillingness to perform the service with care. Making his 60 minutes session grueling and very uncomfortable. Far below Spavia's standards. From an excessively long and overly oily scalp effleurage "rub." It could hardly be called a scalp "massage." To the poor use of the stones, it was absolutely apparent that Ashley performed the "whole" service begrudgingly. After spending over $200, including tip, my husband left feeling stressed instead of relaxed. Maybe she was having an off day, but for an establishment like Spavia -- especially at this price point -- the service was totally uncomfortable & unacceptable. To say the least. To their credit, the managers immediately expressed concern and offered to "make things right."
