I call marijuana doc and they tell me oh it's because you have to renew! Someone should have called you... but they DID NOT!! Not one person yet they took the money out of my account. I work 12 hour shifts and have a surgery I have been prepping for with appointment (blood work, EKG', chest X-rays, etc) exams being some after my 12 hour work shifty. So no time to think about anything else other than that. I was told I would get a call, so that is what I was expecting when the time came. No call, no meds now for over a week because of course they aren't open until Wednesday (today in Monday) And I have two doc appointments already scheduled for Wednesday. Next available is next week. So the the individuals that are responsible for me not being able to get my medicine for a week, please do your job!! I am pretty certain if this was your issue, you would be just as disappointed! Incredibly mind blowing!!!!!!! Now I am trying to call them back to simply get a refund to look for another doctor and they keep hanging up. Wow!! I get a call from the dispensary that they can not fill my order because it doesn't start until the 30th of March I'm am beyond annoyed now! Of course it's a Saturday after med doc is closed and they are closed Sundays also, now I have to wait until Monday to contact them yet again!!!!!! What type of place is this? I was offered a discount for the inconvenience, but only if I paid in full. I already had a monthly membership, and because I chose to use this tool that is offered, I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. When I finally was able to be seen, they double charged me for my renewal ($169 for Reevaluation + $29 for the membership I already had). I was told a refund would be issued for the difference, but it would take 24 hours. When I called to follow up about this additional charge, the rep on the phone told me she had no notes about my account being escalated for a refund-- and she'd escalate it right then, but it would take 7-10 business days. I've effectively paid $200 for something that should've cost me $29/month and driven almost 3 hours for the staff to be unhelpful and unreliable. The only reason I would continue to go is because of Vicky at the Sanford location. Doubtful I will continue to use this chain, especially when there are so many options for MMJ cards that are reliable and have their work in order.
