Everyone running the sale was pleasant, and they were patient and professional, even though there were quite a few people inside the house. Very disappointed. They were very well organized at first and did a good job at getting the house ready for sale. They grossly underestimated what would be sold and we ended up having to pay them $300 more than they collected. They broke a banister and then lied about it, and the record of what was sold was extremely lacking, only listing item sold for over $20. And they left the house looking ransacked. Actually I went to the sale a couple of weeks later when the homeowners were trying to get rid of what was left which was a lot . I could see the prices and they were ridiculous. So I did see the merchandise eventually but beforehand I could see the pictures and I saw plenty through the door in the garage . Homeowners were nice . They didn't seem very happy either . I have been going to sales for over 30 years and I have run a few myself . I know how a good sale is run and your sale was a disaster. read more

For me it wasn't even about the money. I obviously could not take all the items that I cherished to my home. I wanted someone else to enjoy them as much as my parents and I did. We had an interesting time trying to find someone to run our estate sale. We had nightmares with some of the meetings with other companies. Just as we were about at the end of our rope my daughter posted a question on the Ringwood Moms Facebook page. There were great reviews for Pink Lady Liquidation. We called Sarah and met with her shortly afterwards. After other companies who seemed to be intimidated by the amount of stuff we had Sarah seemed to be excited by the challenge. Unfortunately due to the pandemic we had to reschedule a few times. Sarah continually staying in contact with us and worked with us to schedule when it was appropriate. Sarah had her team come in to start set up well in advance of the sale. We were some impressed with the professionalism of the staff and what friendly and accommodating people they are. We had the sale and were impressed with the number of people who came to the sale and where they came from. We had a massive amount of things to sell and fortunately an awful lot was sold. I had Pink Lady host an estate sale on my house that I was downsizing from. Met with Sarah who explained the process and pricing very clearly. She sent a team in a few days before the sale to prep. They went through 30+ years of junk that I had all throughout the house and basement. They sort and displayed every item, priced it and made the entire place look like a showroom. It was amazing.
