Upon inspection, the new mechanic was absolutely appalled by the amount of rust damage. Three boys auto tried to spray paint and cover up all this damage... The price tag on the check was a little over eight grand. The mechanic I took the truck to advised us not to purchase the truck and that the truck would definitely break down sooner than later. What a complete trash company trying to screw people over to make a sale. I'm going to educate everybody in Southern Oregon about this trash auto company. My car began making a sound I had never heard before, the engine light came on and long story short, I wound up broke down on the side of the road. I called the first towing company that came up on my search and it was A1 towing. I explained my problem and they were there faster than I thought they'd be. The gentleman that came to assist was named Wes and he could not have been more professional or kind. Instead of just towing my car, he went through every probable cause to see if he could get it running. This is the first time I had ever seen a business put the customer over making a buck! When he couldn't find the problem he hooked up my car then actually drove me home! I lived out of his way and yet he never charged me for gas. He suggested a mechanic and towed my car there. His kindness and professionalism at 2 in the morning was something that will stay with me. I will recommend A1 towing to anyone that needs a towing service. Absolutely the best!
