This is my second time visiting this salon and I absolutely love it. I found them by doing a quick Google search of nail salons in Scarborough that did chrome nails and their Facebook pics looked great so I decided to give it a try. I was not at all disappointed! They actually shaped my coffin nails properly unlike the other salon I go to where I ask for a coffin and it looks basically squared. They're also really nice . Today I got something different and they did just as great of a job. Prices are the typical ones you find at any similar salon and it's conveniently located at the Lawrence and Scarborough Golf Club intersection. It seems to get busy the later you go in the week and they don't take appointments so it's best to go early on in the week. I'm very particular about my eyebrows so maybe next time I'll give it a try and see if they're good with eyebrows as they are with nails.

This is what I originally had

Well!!! To begin with I do have to say this I was not sure to go there because of all the reviews. However as this place is super close to my home so I decided to go there and booked an appointment. I told them I am not sure if I will get the extension or not however will surely get a shellac. Went in there decided to with the extension as well. They welcomed me warmly. They guy who was doing my nails didn't speak English much but was really helpful and sweet. The gel burned a lot in UV but the he did it with patience and extreme care. I wanted to get the coffin shape so had to keep the nails really long. But I ended up trimming the nails cause they were too long FOR ME. Overall I would say its a good salon. Do not trust the reviews - should try once. While I was getting my nails done - I saw a lady came back and asked them to reapply her nail paint as its chipped now. I saw her leaving when I entered. Though the artists were telling her not to go let it dry out but she was in hurry and then came back asking for a redo. They hesitated for a but decided to redo her paint. They might be rude because of people like these. OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD !!!!

I just finished getting my nails done and the service was terrible by whoever the man was that I paid with. Good job by the lady who did my nails and offered me water because I was sick. HOWEVER, the man who seems to be in charge is rude and dismissive towards black people...but very chipper with white people. When I was waiting to pay he was sitting there on his phone. How am I supposed to know you're ready? He's just rude. I've come here plenty of times to get my eyebrows done but will never step foot in this place again. Absolutely terrible customer service. Edit: my nails are already lifting and one has broken. They use cheap gel that comes in a container that looks like nail polish. This place needs to be dragged

i just went for a shellac, and got a shitty work. Not returning, it doesn't even look like shellac manicure

Came in here on a Friday afternoon for a new set because my nails were broken and I had gel before. Instead of filing my nails down the tech took a nail and proceeded to rip and lift my nails off. Not only that but it's been about a week now and my nails are chipping off which has never happened. If you google all the tell tale signs that a salon is using MMA such as using unmarked pungent bottles, lying about the quality products, this place is for you. They also claim to have "solar gel". Which is powder mixed with gel but gel is gel and should never have powder. Stay far away from salons like this who lie to their customers and charge for garbage work.

So I went there cause my mom was leaving for vacation and needed her nails don't today....drove by and stopped in...the little guy did mine wich was not good it hurts and was not very friendly and kinda rude...the girl my mom had was very pleasant and she did a good job...nail polish was all in my cuticle and I was cut up more than once...I won't be going back to him I will try the girl next time. The place was nice clean I gave it 4 stars because my mom was nicely done....we both had acrylic.

Pink Nail Salon. Thank you Henry

Wonderful gel manicure in Scarborough. I was very impressed by the knowledge and expertise of the people at Pink Nail. Henry did an amazing gel manicure with a beautiful rose painted on my nails. Hugo was also very nice and did great work on other customers. I was visiting from BC but will definitely return when in Toronto area.

This location used to be in STC and moved here in February..located at the corner of Brimley a d Sheppard in the new medical plaza behind the oriental centre. I walked in at 10am this morning without an appt and I was the first one there...the owner spoke some English as did the nail tech and mandarin. Shellac mani and reg pedi is $55. The pedi: basic...she used a file to remove rough areas...my biggest problem is rough heels and sides of my feet so I asked if she can spend some.more time on those areas. She didn't seem happy with my request...said she already did it and it would get too thin. Okay...fine...ur the boss... It's a very quick pedi...no hot cloth, no scrubbing just a massage..quick polish and done...not a single smile on this lady Then the mani, this was a little better than the pedi...she was a lot more meticulous with the cuticles and shape but it was an unpleasant experience...the technician who I never got a name never smiles (an older chubby middle aged lady), never speaks to u even when I tried to initiate conversations it was 1 word replies so we sat in awkward silence. The nails were okay but for a shellac mani she didn't even use a base coat...once again...no hand scrub or massage just applied cream then a hot towel. Then here's the kicker....I initially had intentions of switching my regular nail place bc this is closer so when I came in I had asked if they did packages like 4 treatments for 100 or something...she's like if u come back we can do 5 dollars off each I'm like oh okay...at the end of the treatment she asked if I was interested I told her no in gonna see how this goes first...she seemed upset..told me its 58 dollars bc they had to remove shellac (my other place doesn't charge), then asked if cash or debit ...I said debit then she put it through and then told me she charges tax with debit..so I said okay fine I have some cash I can do that..she's like I already punched it in....so I'm like that's fine...so I paid 65 dollars for a shitty experience...she tries to give me some card at the end..I just said no thanks u can keep that.

She looked at me and said I definitely could remove them but I don't think that's the best decision. She had told me that it would really damage my nails and make the. Paper thin if she filled all the bio gel off. She gave me another option to just fill down enough of the gel so there was a thin thin coat on my nail and just eventually grow it out. She offered to put a shiny gel coat over top to keep my nails strong for the growing out process. She was very very informative. I am giving one less star because she was busy talking with the other girl the majority of the time when I wanted to ask her more questions.

When it came to the part of nail prep I was being cut and buzzed on my skin to the point where I have scars. My acrylics look HORRIBLE. Their uneven, crooked and the paint job is terrible. I asked the man who was doing my nails kindly if he could be a bit more gentle he yelled at me and said "I'm doing the best I can these look great"... No sir they look terrible and he called a "bitch". My nails are terribly shaped. I asked for coffin tip nails and they are nowhere near coffin style. if I could I'd give a 0-star review. I really do not recommend this salon. Also, I'm not sure why it says San Fransisco... But the salon is in toronto Ontario

To be quite honest this salon does not deserve even 1 star. One of the women that was doing my acrylic nails did my nails so horribly like a blind person did it..I never had such disappointment in someone. When she was done doing my nails (before she put the colour on) I told her I did not like it one bit and it looked like a 2 year old did my nails. She got very upset and said "I took my time with you and thought I did a very good job" WELL honey you thought wrong.... When she was drilling it off she burnt me and her and another nail tech was laughing at me when I said ow. That ladies personality was disgusting. I hope they never let her do nails again! This salon is horrible. Never been so disappointed in a nail salon. The pictures I posted below was when she was done and was "ready" to apply shellac.

Arriving at the hotel, there's indoor parking which is nice - it gets validated with a spa receipt so no worries about added cost. You have to go go through the lobby and take the stairs to get this sheltered courtyard type area where you see the pool and a little bit of a run down sign to the spa. Upon entering, you definitely feel the low ceilings close in on you. We let the reception know of our appointment for a couples package (90 min massage with hydrotherapy) and we were escorted into this tiny room with a few lockers and robes. Then we found ourselves in a room with a bath tub to learn that we are supposed to "take turns". Kind of odd considering it's a couples package but we made do. The jets were soothing and the aromatherapy was pleasant. It was a little surprising when the 2 girls that escorted us in did not agree on the sequence of the services. We ended up doing the bath first. After waiting for one another to be done the bath, we got to the massage. The therapists asked us how long the massage is supposed to be (which again is odd). We confirmed it was 90 mins. My masseuse was descent in strength but had no structure (as in she went from the shoulders to the arms back to the shoulders then to the head then to the legs then back). It was all over the place so not as soothing as I had hoped. But my husband said his was ok. In checking out, I found out they didn't accept Amex (which was surprising as I thought they were an extension of the hotel). But otherwise it was a simple process. Not sure if we'd come back honestly, because it was very disorganized. It was not so much a treat which is what we expect of a hotel so we probably should have the routine stuff.

I was surprised that the delta hotel became a homeless shelter and you can expect that the vibe is not good when you reach the place. I had to get "screened" in the lobby not for the purpose of going to the spa but for the homeless shelter. Honestly, they only asked for my name and number and not a real screening you would expect. Also confused because saachi spa called me three times prior to the appointment and still had to ask what I wanted to do. Honestly, they were not thorough with the facial and made me try a different facial treatment instead. I think the spa is only managed by one person since nobody else was there. Try elsewhere!
