Linda and her partner are such sweet people! This was my first time here and I wasn't sure where the parking was. I called asking and Frankie personally came out to escort me into the parking garage. It's free parking, you just need to drive into the building's parking garage and park at visitors. My partner and I got pedicures and Linda was so nice and gentle with us. Our feet definitely feel a lot healthier and cleaner now. They had massage chairs, so it was nice to get a massage as well. Since we were the only ones here, Linda treated us like VIPs. My first time here and I will definitely come back! I've gone to too many bad nail salons.. I was hesitant to try this place.. But since it recently opened and it's located a feet away from my condo I decided to give it a try. Linda (the owner) greeted me immediately. She was super friendly and she seemed very genuine. She was detail oriented, and didn't miss a spot on my nails! She made sure I was happy with the final results of my nails (which I was). I got the shellac manicure ($27) and then I decided to get a pedicure,which is usually another $27, but as a combo it was $48. It is fairly priced and the final outcome makes it worth the price. Walk in looks very clean. I'm early for my 7 pm appointment. Not sure how they will make 7 as there's only one tech and she's just started applying fake nails to another customers nails, but I wait anyways. The man started and finished my pedicure. It was great no problems at all :) Update: 4 days later the shellac is peeling off. I won't be back. 70$ and it's peeling off. DO NOT GO HERE! I used to see Linda for maybe 6 years now before she even got her own shop. Today she ruined an irreplacable dress worth over $100 after trying to multi-task services. My dress is now bleached with chemicals and she swore how sorry she was as she ruined "such a pretty expensive dress." At the cash she offered me only $10 off my $79 doller services and that was all. I calmly let her know that wasn't sufficient and then I wouldn't be paying then. Her husband then got loud and abusive and she physically had to hold him. This was infront of a few other patrons. Linda is always upbeat and positive. You will feel welcome from the minute you step inside. The only person in the city I trust with my nails. Waiting time is 100% worth it. Linda also pierced my ears and belly button and made me feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time. read more

Linda and Cassie are super nice! I particularly love the hot towel wrap (manicure) and the massage chair (pedicure). Typical manicure chips off in about 1 day for me when I go to other salons. They did my mom's nails (extension and shellac), which she paid $60+ for. I didn't have the heart to tell her that it looked bad. The nails were so bulky and looked fake. Definitely won't recommend this place. read more

I asked for coffin shape, not quite sure what shape this is but she was very nice when I asked her to refile them. Prices were fair, she took care t paint my extra marble nail. I usually go downtown to my spot I have been going to for 6yrs but I moved to the east end and decided to try some place new. It took me two weeks to get the courage to visit this spot and I will not be coming back. The place is very clean and the people are nice but I have never had a a shellac manicure that took less then 20mins before in my life. I should have brought my glasses to inspect her work when I put my glasses on the quality of work was horrible. The sides of my nails have no polish on them and many gaps. I paid 35$ including tip for this horrible job. I definitely will not be coming back and I will travel all the way to the heart of downtown to my regular spot. read more

Service: I went in for a Brazilian. Pros: I was waxed by Linda. She was nice for the most part and quick. The spa wasn't super busy but generally it looked like a good place to go for a wax. The wait time was average and I got an appointment fairly quick. Cons: 1) Double Dipping: It's when the waxer re-dips a used spatula [the wooden stick used to scoop out and apply warm wax] back into the warm wax pot. I usually close my eyes when I am being waxed so I didn't notice that she was double dipping until I was almost done. Double Dipping is super unhygienic and I have been really worried ever since. 2) Re-used same wax strip multiple times: Closer to the end of the session I also realized she uses the same wax strips multiple times which is why the pain was excruciating. I asked her not to do that and she said it's fine and "it's how we do it" and continued doing it her way. Clearly she was more concerned of the cost of the sticks and strips than the clients wishes. 3) In conclusion, I would not say that this is the worst salon ever. I am sure they do a good job with other services. I am only speaking from this one experience. Would I go back? Never. their hygiene standards are questionable. I should have stood up for myself and given a firm no on double dipping but I didn't and that's on me. I wrote this review so others may be able to learn from my experience and stand up for themselves if they try to double dip/use the same wax strip over and over again. read more

Horrible service. They don't respect appointments as they just take anyone that walks in and they get seen before you even if you had an appointment. Was left with my feet wrapped in acetone for half a hour while other people had their service done right away without an appointment. read more

I went to Linda because I saw how she had some awesome reviews compared to all the other places I looked at. I've never felt more comfortable in a spa before! Any time I got my nails done at other places, I was never talked too or treated the way Linda treated me. This place is an absolute gem and I will 100% be going here from now on. I was greeted with big smiles and kindness the second I entered the door. Everyone was so wonderful! I had never gotten gel nails done before and was nervous about getting them for the first time but was instantly comforted by the kindness and confidence that is in this spa. Found this place when I was looking for somewhere to try a shellac manicure for the first time and I wouldn't go anywhere else! I'm the type of person that usually likes to do my own nails because I've never thought it was worth the money to get them done, but this place has changed my mind. And the shellac manicure is only $27 which is the cheapest I've seen in the city. The owner is really nice and always does a really good job. I made an appointment on Monday for a Friday 6pm appointment. I wanted a full set of bio gel nails. When I arrived at the place, I told them who I was and why I was there. A woman was working on a clients nails and she thought I had said I was there for an underarm wax - how you get that out of a full set of nails I don't know. I was then told that my appointment had been cancelled. I said, "it wasn't cancelled, I am here!" She then said someone phoned and cancelled it. They did not offer any solution to their error. Linda sets a really high standard in providing the very best services available (nails, all kinds of facials, massages (to die for), eye and neck treatments, to name just a few of her specialties). She is highly knowledgeable, super kind and friendly, always smiling, and so welcoming to her clients, most of whom she knows by name. Her work is excellent and painstaking. One never feels rushed. NEVER COME HERE. Terrible terrible shop. I had been here a couple times about a year ago before I found better places. Linda will always take at least 3 ppl all at once. Hence she will only spend abt 15-20 mins on ur shellac manicure. She definitely double dips for any waxing service. (Disgusting as they do all forms of waxing on every body part there is) What really disguised me was last week. I went there only because it was close to me and I was off on that day. Went to take off my nails as my gel nails were not holding up on one of my fingers. She didn't want to take me and her husband took me. Then he ask me where i got them done. His response shocked me. He told me that Chinese ppl sucks at doing nails,(when he is CLEARLY Chinese) and that his shop is all "white people" quality. I couldn't stand how disgusting he was! And he later told me that he really doesn't like to accept customers like me who just want to take off their nails, YES IN MY FACE. I couldn't talk. As I'm really afraid he will get abusive like the previous reviews said. Both owners have broken English. I would never ever in a million years come back here for any form of service even for the convenient location for me. Horrible horrible shop. Over priced, bad quality and too fast. Linda is a nice friendly lady but she does the nails too fast even though there was no one in the salon and it was a quiet day she rushed my pedicure. fastest pedi i have ever had, no lotion on the feet. will not be going here again! manicure- on the price list there is acrylic and gel but she said she doesn't do those only bio gel which is the most expensive. I thought this was dishonest. Her bio-gel lasted less than one week before it started peeling. she did not set the gel properly so the top part was not levelled with the nail. it looked weird. every time i questioned her she said thats how its done. she didn't cut my real nails properly so when the gel was finished i could still see my real nails in the back. for the price this was awful. there is no need to rush if its not busy. for this price i would have expected more care and comfort. will not be recommending this place to anyone. read more

I booked an appointment to get a regular manicure (just polish) done with Bianca. Bianca did a great job, as usual. She left two fans on for me to dry my nails. I knew it would take much longer to dry since it was regular polish and not shellac, but I was fine with waiting until they were completely dry. As I was drying my nails, Linda (the owner) came and turned off the fans. I told her they're not dry yet and she assured me they were and since it seemed like she wanted me to leave, I got up and grabbed my wallet to pay. As I was reaching for my debit card, my nails got ruined. I told her this is why i wanted to wait until my nails were dry. And her reply was, and I kid you not, "I saw how you took out your debit card and that's why they got ruined". I told her that I didn't appreciate that kind of a response and that I was hesitant to leave without drying them in the first place. She kept trying to argue with me. I have no energy for people/places with poor customer service. This place is an extreme disappointment. Linda definitely doesn't know how to treat her customers.
