I then sent another one a couple days later and only got the response "I will reach out to the warehouse to have them ship this ASAP". 2 weeks later and the package still is not in the mail. I was charged for the items and I am not sure I will ever get them. What makes it worse is the lack of communication via the only form of communication- email.

She walked away, came back, and told me, "what a weird thing to say." No ma'am. You're the weird one for following us closely with very little space for our entire shopping experience. Like, are you having a bad day or is this just your personality? Anyways, we purchased our item and I smiled and said thank you and she gave me a stink face as I walked away. Funnily enough we were laughing about it later on with another local shop owner and he IMMEDIATELY knew which store and woman we were talking about.
