The Asian lady that was massaging me her hands were rusty af. My personal opinion for massage therapist you should have feminine soft hands not ruthless and rusty lol. 3. I don't know how to feel. The lady with my husband kept going in and out of the room to speak with other workers. My husband fell asleep and all the lady kept doing was massaging his head to keep him asleep. She left the room and came back a few minutes later and began to wake him up. I even asked the lady who was massaging me if he was done because the time was 5:45. I know that is 10 minutes before his hour was done but if you take in consideration all the times she left to handle whatever was going on outside of the room she should have made up for it. The lady who massaged me finished at 5:55 when she clearly started after 5:00. As we were leaving of course they expected a tip. The tip is provide a full service and don't try to cut time or not complete a full body massage just because your customer is sleeping. Also, if you leave the room for other than getting a hot towel and have to handle other business don't skimp on your customer's time. I definitely will not be going back. This also leads to my next point of contention... - My masseuse's English wasn't great, so we had to use Google Translate on her phone to communicate. At least she was very apologetic at what had happened to my back. And... - She didn't massage my face, nor pop my fingers and toes! I called to see if I could get an appointment for the same day and the owner told me to come in and just pay him directly instead of purchasing on Amazon. We decided to go with the 60 minute hot oil and aromatherapy massage with hot stones thrown in -- because I did my first check in with this area, we were given a small discount which I gladly accepted. The room Hubby and I had was dim, and a nice size. We were provided with sealed bottles of water as we waited for our masseuses. The music is relaxing, it didn't smell moldy, dirty or used. The sheet provided to cover yourselves, and that you're massaged through, was a bit small, but we made it work. Hubby said his masseuse had strong fingers, and he was very satisfied with the services received. He especially liked the hot rocks. My masseuse (Summer) was great, and she adjusted the pressure as needed -- I'm a big baby and don't like painful massages.
