Unfortunately, I just put down the perfume I planned to purchase and walked out because, while in line with about 3 people behind me, I saw 4 employees just standing behind the register talking and ignoring us. Not the VS next to Bath & Body, the one farther down. Only one girl at one register was ringing a customer out. I was surprised to see such bad customer service - and on a holiday (Memorial Day). Two girls behind the register were literally just looking at a phone and chatting. Unacceptable. Whoever manages this store, next team meeting have a talk about customer service at the register. If you were the one waiting in line and saw this, wouldn't you be disappointed? When I left, I did explain to the person who finally noticed all the customers waiting why I was leaving. Their displays always draw me into the store. This time was no different. Victoria's Secret has a reputation for quality under garments and clothes, and I love their body midst's, which was the reason for this visit. Next door was Bath and Body Works, selling their midst's for double or more than VS, and I liked the smell of VSs much better. The customer service was exceptional. You are always approached and greeted, with an offer to assist you. If you tell them you are just looking, they don't hound you. Definitely worth a visit. read more

I needed a few undergarments and there was a sale for 5 pair @ $28.50. The store was a mess, the drawers were like a Kansas tornado, sizes were everywhere. The staff? At the front chatting and they didn't greet most that came through. We weren't greeted and there were 6 employees. No reason for that. I found some that work, hopefully. I grabbed only the ones I needed for particular outfits and called it a day. At checkout the lady was nice and asked if anyone was helping us, and I said no. She looked at me confused so I mentioned that no one even greeted us, either. She apologized. Not her fault, though. When we left, no one was tidying up, and no one thanked us for coming in. They were just gossiping about some coworker's relationship. Very sad. I will not buy from this location again. read more

Definitely plenty to see here! They have their regular store and beauty store in the same area on one side of the mall and their Pink version on the other. They gave a great amount of merch here so I'm sure you can find something you want easily! I usually go to this location for their good bath and body deals. The small carry fragrance bottles are usually five to ten dollars here and last for a bit. The makeup is often times BOGO offers. Staff is kinda hit or miss. I've had awesome help here and been ignored completely. Last visit was a line of about seven customers and one cashier. Took forever to check out. Overall: solid B Hit or miss customer service and ale check out, but plenty to see and deals to be had! read more

Their underwear and clothes are gorgeous, but asides from buying their cotton panties, I've never bought a pair of bra. I've always found them to be expensive and lacking support. However, I love visiting their stores because the staff is always welcoming, friendly and they often have fair sales. Additionally to that, if you subscribe to their mailing list, you will receive discount coupons monthly and even free panties or a free item from body care. On this store, Adolfo, is always very welcoming and even if you have an expired discount code or expired item, he will firgure out a way to help you enjoy that expired cupon.... even if it's a free item expired cupon. I only give this location a moderate rating because of the foot traffic that this store brings in. Located in the busiest mall in Orlando this store like so many of the others has the PINK line separate from the main store. Shopping in this store is enjoyable mainly because the staff are there when you need them but are not pushy to sell you items that you don't need. They make the shopping experience comfortable which at times can been overwhelming because of the popularity of the mall itself. The store itself is beautiful and laid out so that you can find what you are looking for with relative ease. The store is well stocked and usually has what your looking for also exchanges and returns never seem like an issue to the staff. Just a warning this store is in the main mall that all the tour groups that visit while in Orlando so if crowds bother you this store may not be for you. read more

As soon as I walk in I was hounded by an employee. You can't avoid it, it's really annoying. Then she asks me if I want to be fitted and I said sure. She then hands me off to another employee 3 feet away from her and she explains to me that due to covid I have to fit myself. She walked me through it pretty much like I should know what I'm doing and I did not. I said yes to the fitting because I thought it was going to be conducted in a fitting room, far away from the public. But, no. If you were walking pass this store, you would see me measuring myself in front of everyone. They should tell you upfront that they make you do it yourself and RIGHT then. Super uncomfortable. This lady asked me a few questions about what bras I am looking for like dear god I just wanted to look around. She tells me where to go and I'm thinking "the store is not that big, I know what I like and I'm not an idiot." The moment I get to the section she suggested for me, ANOTHER employee comes up to me and says "Heard you were looking for ______ .", proceeds to tell me more about stuff I don't care about and then she says "let me go get you a bag!!" It's a business incentive for them to get a bag because subconsciously I will want to buy more stuff. I found myself running out of this store trying not to make eye contact with any of the ladies. I initially came in to just look. I don't understand why they wanted a pandemic-safe fitting but had 17 employees hound me. It's really odd. I left that store and went to PINK and At the cash register I was told pretty bluntly "give me a second." And anything she said after that was a half mumble and I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. She had a boring and rude attitude. When I said "I'm sorry?" more than once she kept saying the exact thing in the exact tone and in the exact volume. She was real slow. Also in each store I was at they kept getting surprised at my sizes and or incorrect. This one employee said "well all the mediums are here" when I was clearly in extra smalls not even talking to her. It was weird. I could see when she corrected herself but like girl. And then the employee who fitted me at Victoria secret was shocked when I told her I wore a push up bra so the fitting is pretty pointless. It's supposed to be more private. Like the looks the workers give are super uncalled for kind of like they forget they're at work. read more

Let me start out by saying I have not shopped at Victoria's Secret and probably 15 years. It is very pricey and I'm a bargain shopper! But today I discovered it was worth it. I normally buy my bras and panties at somewhere like Ross or Target but my husband treated me today to Victoria's Secret. I let him pick out three bras three matching panties and he bought me a slinky little "nighty". He bought me the most expensive bra I've ever owned in my life today... $62. But not only is it the most expensive bra it's a most comfortable bra I think I've ever owned in my life. Bottom-line, I'm hooked!!!! The customer service is phenomenal. Travis to helped me today. So we just got out of the Victoria Secret in the florida mall and it was an ok experience. It's Christmas season and everyone is shopping but that doesn't mean the service to the customers should change. Nikki came us to us was helpful at first but saw other customers then stop helping us and gave us a card with her name said just in case if we forget her name. I understand because it's a pretty busy store, so we were fine with that. I was a bit disappointed when I reached the register and the woman who cashed us out threw the items in the bag and just threw the folded paper in the gift bag. When she gave us the bag it was all floppy and folded not finished and well done how I normally get my gifts from there. While she was cashing us out she was talking to the person behind her and not paying attention that the bag was poorly made. We ended up having to ask for more paper so I could finish the bag once I left the store. I love Victoria secret and I hope it was all due just to the busy season not due to her being lazy that she didn't care how she was presenting gifts people are buying. read more

Terrible customer service I've been a card member for a long time. No one greeted me, I browsed the store for at least 30 min no one asked if I needed help. When I purchased my items the girl at the counter asked if anyone assisted me, when I said no she did not seem surprised but did not apologize either. I just recently came to the Florida Mall for the first time, and was impressed by most everything except this PINK store. I originally entered to use a coupon I had received in the mail for a bra, and as I was looking for a specific pattern I was approached by a younger worker with a brunette pony tail. She proceeded to ask me what I was looking for then when I told her the size I wanted she obnoxiously looked down and my chest and rudely said while laughing " oh sweetie that's definitely not your size." I understand part of the job is sizing people for bras and attempting to make a sale, but this comment from the employee was completely uncalled for and absolutely rude. Not only was I embarrassed, but I left empty handed and took my business elsewhere. The sale associates were friendly and knowledgeable about their products. My daughter was looking for a perfume with floral scent.
