I didn't have the right kind of box, and I didn't have it sealed. The staff here was very accommodating and helped me get the phone boxed, sealed and shipped with no hassle at all. My wife had a package that was for a competitor, they couldn't ship it there, but they did give us directions to the closest location of their competitor. They were extremely nice and helpful.

Because I recently received very bad news about my husband's health, I was very sad & confused. I mixed up many of my tags. Nancy was so great, we chatted while I sent her my files to print and she printed everything right then for me! I needed some things for my Girl Scout meeting tonight and she donated the papers to the troop with the promise we will be back to sell her some cookies. Such a nice and refreshing place to still get the "mom and pop" feel and wonderful customer service. Also, while I was sending/printing my papers, another customer came in asking if his order had been completed. Nancy smiled and said she was close to completion and would be done within the hour. He seemed pleased with the answer and said he'd return before close. Definitely the place to go for prompt courteous service for all things printed. One more thing; the paper she used was also nice quality. It was the standard, whatever was in the printer and felt like a good weight and texture.
