Had an awesome time at this place last Friday and best of all, the all time coolest manager is back! Hadn't been in awhile so I'm not sure what the negative hype was about but I had a great time. Many beautiful girls to choose from, alot of them beautiful Latinas. Sure, there's a few "bigger" girls here and there but every club has those. Lol. All I know is that the staff was courteous, the music was good, and the ladies were hot. Definitely will be my "go to" when in Tampa. I only wish I lived closer so I could go more often! read more

Let's start with the deciding factor on why we went. A few months back the owner of Penthouse came in to dine at the restaurant where I am employed. She told the bartender(and good friend) to come in and have a good time at Penthouse one night. We did. It was a great titty bar experience,the only thing lacking was actual nudity,since they serve alcohol. Our waitress gave us free passes for their sister club Pink Pony. Now, at this point I gave her a funky look. I've lived in tampa for over 10 years now and what I remember of Pink Pony is diseased crack head girls who were 3/10. She says No, No , No ! we gutted it , remodeled and hired a whole new staff. I had to restrain myself from asking if they had the building sanitized. Fast forward to last night. My BFF and I went to the USA Vs Antigua game ( woo USA) and were looking for something to do after. I found the passes in my purse and suggest we go. Free Admission in but you have to pay $6 for your first drink. Ok ..Cool. Until we sat at the bar ( with a very mature lady behind it) and realized this place is full nude.... NO ALCOHOL! I paid $12 for a water ( zephyrhills small bottle) and Oj (out the carton) ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME ! This could have been put aside if the "entertainment" was lovely.. but that was not the case. 3 out of the 7 girls we saw were in their 40's ..easily.. 1 looked like she hadn't bathed. 2 were nice figured ( 1 of which could kinda bust of move ) and the last little lady was the Door girl who was Beautiful with a nice ass, but not dancing . hahaha We left. Tipped the Door girl on the way out. I won't be back. Next time my Military boys are in town and want to hit up the titty bar, Im driving to Pasco or Sarasota county. read more

Pink Pony is getting it's mojo back!! Pink Pony had lost it's appeal over the last year. But..Went there this weekend and had a great time. The new owner Dwayne is determined to restore the club to it's former glory with greater variety and diversity of girls which was one of the great lures of this club. In addition girls are stripping to fully nude on stage again despite the fact that too many of the customers sit on the rears without even contributing a single $ to the stage to show some appreciation or others who rudely sit at the stage on the phones(why are you out?) Run. Just run. On vacation in Sarasota with my husband and I've never been to a strip club. We decided to make the trip via Uber to Tampa. After doing some Internet searches, we thought The Pink Pony would be our best choice based on what we were looking for. The website says they open at 6:00 pm but after the hour long trip to Tampa, the door sign said 7:00 pm. So we waited. Finally, the door was opened and we were allowed in. Keep in mind, the website promised Asian cuisine including hibachi and sushi, but this obviously comes from a truck in the parking lot. That's fine, but the truck was parked up on the curb and obviously not open. We went in and I asked for the restroom. I had to go down a seedy back hall, through a mop closet type area and use the bathroom shared by the strippers. We went back out, tried to use the ATM and it kept my card for 8 minutes and then said the charge was being reversed so no money came out. At this point, a girl was on stage trying to use the pole, being shown by another girl, and it was horrendous to watch. Dancers would come out and gyrate around for a minute or two and then walk off stage. Needless to say, we called another Uber and left post-haste. You've been warned. read more

Our visit last night was such a disappointment. $20 cover for a smoky mostly empty room with 5 or 6 dazed and unattractive girls in cheap mismatched lingerie. They go on stage one at a time and the majority just awkwardly stroll around the pole with little talent and even less enthusiasm. We heard good things about the incredibly high ceilings but not one girl made use of it so that too was a disappointment. Off the pole most of the girls weren't friendly, many looked bored or high and just walked around with lit cigarettes. Many were even using their phones and so were the patrons! It was shocking a place so seedy and unprofessional could charge so much. We left after 30 minutes and had a much better night somewhere else. Well for starters, this is a fairly decent club if you are new to dancing and want to move on from there. They have a high turn over rate of girls and, it`s more like a typical kiddie club. But it`s tampa. You got your thugs, pimps,.dealers and addicts. The worse crowds of,people or customers but what to expect in a place like that, afterall, cheap dances $25 pesos and cheap entrance 10 pesos to enter. Gosh $25 dollars is cheap. ,I think all places in Tampa need,to up the price to get better quality people. Other than that, try going weekend evenings when girls get a bit loose and which is why it was time to go. read more

Yelp people stagger me sometimes. Let me start by saying I'm a REAL dude who REALLY went to this club last night with ZERO affiliation to this club or any other "competitor" or "entity". I am a decent looking dude in my 30's with good social skills so please don't mistake me for some dude who has never touched a girl he hadn't handed money to at some point. Maybe a lot changed in a year and half-ish, but Illiana could not be more off the mark on her review. There were computers and smartphones back in 2012 and all it would have taken was a quick google search to see that this place is full nude (and FULL CONTACT) AND NO BOOZE. Waters are $5, not $12. Never heard of anyone asking to mix OJ and water, but whatever. It's an alcohol free club. It's like buying snacks at a Movie Theater, they have to make their money somehow. I went on a Wednesday night - arrived around 10pm. The club had a modest 10-15 customers and probably 12 dancers. Perfect ratio if you ask me. There wasn't one girl "in her 40's" and even if they weren't 19, they all looked under 30. The main stage area wasn't too big and felt intimate from the first moment. They have 3 different tiers of private rooms - each more expensive than the other. I only ventured to the lowest tier for the entire night. Started the night with Girl #1 (remaining nameless :) ) who sat next to me and we talked for a good 30 minutes (don't like getting private dances from girls I can't talk to) before she asked if wanted a dance - during the 2for1 special I might add which was generous of her not to press before that. We clicked so I didn't hesitate at all. I'm from a different part of the country where this whole full contact thing doesn't fly so let me tell you first hand, most wonderfully shocking experience I've ever had in a club. She was definitely less than shy and took over. After the 2 songs, I had to take a break from fear of living out a Lonely Island song (some of you should get that). That's when Girl #2 came and sat down. I'm a fan of booty and this girl had it so I was more than ok with her sitting down by me. We talked for a good 30 minutes and went back again during the 2for1 time (which is once every hour). I'm not going to go into much detail, but let's just say this was by far the single greatest exchange I've had with a dancer in any club (and I used to be a regular club-goer back in my younger days). What can I say, when you have mutual attraction and the mood takes over, stuff happens. :) We played for a few songs and I had to take another break. There was a girl (Girl # 3) who had my exact "type" of body but was very shy and I made a point to talk to her for a bit. Made sure I got a dance from her as well and it was very fun (not quite as "liberating" as Girl #2, but still very good) and well worth the fee. At no point did I feel over pressured to do private dances or to buy anything really. The girls here are very easy to talk to (except #3 who for some reason has a major fear of rejection which is crazy talk) and if you go into it understanding what they're there for and what you're there for, you will have an amazing time. I still can't understand why I see all these yelp reviews (for all strip clubs) saying WHAT THE FK $30 FOR A LAP DANCE $12 FOR A BEER. It's. A. Strip. Club. Not a dive bar where beers cost $3, not a night club where you can be good looking and a dick and probably go home with someone. It's a place that girls take off every article of clothing whenever you ask and are willing to reward them for doing so. Once you understand where you're going, everything becomes a lot more enjoyable, I promise. I made a point to stop and thank the club manager on my way out for what I can GUARANTEE is one of the best clubs in the nation, hands down. If you want to get drunk, go to one of the boring non-nude booze clubs. If you want to be intimate with a very attractive inhibition free girl or two or twelve, go to the Pink Pony and have a fking fantastic time. Tips for you less than successful club-goers: - Be nice - Don't be a dick - Treat the girls with respect - Wait for the private dance before you get all sensual (mad groping out in the main room is just uncomfortable for everyone) - Tip! it goes a lot further than those extra few dollars will get you outside the club - TALK TO THE GIRLS LIKE THEY ARE GIRLS, not your pet - they are just girls, not mythical "sechs" creatures who cannot be captured. - EXPECT TO SPEND MONEY. It's a strip club - money is required. If you don't make decent money and haven't grasped that some of that money is disposable for your pure entertainment, stick to free porn on the internet.
