Thought ok lesson learnt. Got chatting to a loverly lady but she would only see me in a bedroom $300 ok i get cash out this time. She promised me $300 more like $400 keeped pressuring for more money. I went with my brother, dad and uncle. Mind you, we went to send my brother off for the Marines and wanted him to go off with a bang. So we arrived, we were greeted, of course IDs were checked and we paid entry. My uncle had other plans and bought a package for my brother. We went in and all the staff were friendly, no drinks allowed of course! The club was perfect lighting, music matched the vibes. I was offered a dance multiple times, which I appreciated (I am a female). They called my brother up stage and had him choose 2-3 dancers to dance on him for a couple of songs. He also got a dance in the back, he had a great time. When it came to the dancers they were all sweet and very beautiful! I one day want to apply and become a baby stripper. This is definitely the best club in Tampa. Well managed and professional staff. They do not serve alcohol here. Only sodas, juices and Mocktails. The bar staff is amazing. World class service. The Manager Darlene is the best that I have seen. She is so accommodating and professional to her staff as well as all the customers. Her staff loves to work for her. It is very hard to find a manager like that. She is a perfect example of world-class service. More clubs need to take after her management skills. I spoke to the GM Mark just moments ago. I'd like to say that he handled the situation well and his apology felt extremely genuine. He assured me the managers actions that night were out of character with the attitude I received but somewhat justified as they regularly have patrons attempting to perform lewd acts in the bathroom, and as someone who works in an industry where certain acts are continually an issue, sometimes it's easy to jump the gun and make assumptions that may offend a guest with nothing but pure intentions. Overall, I believe the manager and I share responsibility for the misunderstanding and the only innocent victim in the mix is my wife who just wanted to use a clean restroom and trusted her husband and I led her to embarrassment. Anyway, Mark assured me the women's restroom remodel is weeks away and he has assured me that he will send me a text when they are done and my wife and I will return for what I assume will be a great night. I hope to see the manager from the night in question and apologize for my role. The only apology I would like to hear from her is to my wife for the embarrassment and scene that was caused. Where do I begin???? My wife and I have been to several shake junts up and down the coast but this was THE WORST!!! We came in late on a Friday night... should be prime time right??? No. We were immediately accosted by some dude who hadn't even paid to get in, then we walked in to what I can only assume was the gates of hell. The bathrooms look like you would easily find a dead body, and the sound system was shit. We sat down with a stack of 100 ones and that's when the real fun began. These girls looked like they either just gave birth or are are about to. Awesome if that's your thing, but for us it wasn't. We spent more time wondering where the pole work was than actually checking out the entertainment. When we were ready to leave there was an altercation at the front door so we were afraid to leave. I was looking forward to this because I visited the Deja Vu in Las Vegas last year and had a good time. Maybe it's just me, but when I go to a strip club, I like to relax and have a good time. Unfortunately, there was no relaxing here. We hadn't been sitting down very long before some of the dancers were sitting on our laps, taking us on the $5 tour to "see" the rooms, and before you know it, we're being quoted prices for the rooms. Not only that, but we were quoted a price for tips too. Now, I thought tipping was something that you got to decide based upon how much you enjoyed the service, but not here. It's my fault for not saying "no" and spending too much, but I don't like to feel pressured into it either. Then, after we got back out to the floor, more girls were coming at us, very aggressively. Had to say no to these since I had already exceeded my budget, but they did not like taking no for an answer (and almost wouldn't). The staff is friendly, and the girls look good. I can't honestly say that I had a good chance to check them all out, though, since I was approached so aggressively from the very beginning. I went here with about 5 or 6 friends to celebrate. I was the only woman in our group and we still can't tell if they had a better time, or if I did. There was a $20 cover, but it was worth it. If you don't want a dance, you could probably get away with bringing $40-to cover entry, a few sodas (it's all nude, so no alcohol), and tips for the servers who get your drinks and bring it you. I'll tell you from personal experience that not every strip club in this area does that. I was pleasantly impressed with the set up. It's pretty spacious with comfortable chairs from the stage area on back. Although smoking is allowed indoors, the layout is such that it's not overwhelming, unless you walk into it, or are next to the person smoking. The dance area isn't bad, either. They're velvet-y booths that are tall enough, to offer you enough privacy that the person next to you can't peep at the dance you're getting. Their website has current dance prices, but keep in mind there's a $5 entry fee to the private area each time you go back there. There was a pretty good selection of girls, although I wouldn't have minded seeing some bigger butts. I'm not complaining about what they had, though. Kennedy and Princess were my group's favorites. They were quite live and I liked the way Princess moved. I spent entirely too much money there, but definitely plan on going back a few more times. I'd recommend it to anyone planning a birthday celebration or bachelor/bachelorette party, or someone just looking to unwind. read more

What happened to Deja Vu? In the late '90s and early 2000s my best friend and I would go often to the club (we knew the door girl) and always had a good time. They had multiple stages and several talented and attractive strippers. Well, after a decade of being too busy to go, my girlfriend and I went this previous Saturday and were very disappointed. We had to pay $40 for the two of us to get in and I was stunned that the club was now reduced to only one stage and the top tier seating was now roped off for "VIP". Our stiff entry fee entitled us to free soda (which we don't drink) and it obviously gave us a free pass to enjoy the nasty attitudes of the strippers. Maybe its the new popular thing for the girls to be in perpetual bad moods and to just stand around and glare at customers. Another staple I noticed at Deja Vu were guts. Yes, even the skinny girls had nasty gravity-defying guts. Not a single girl on the Saturday night shift was tone or in shape. Sad. Eventually my girlfriend spotted one girl out of the crowd she wanted a dance with and we talked for a few minutes about how nice Deja Vu used to be, as she had worked there for supposedly several years. We paid the $5 admission to the private area and had two couple's dances that were surprisingly short as the DJ was cutting songs off about what seemed like a minute early. The dancer was OK, but I don't think she knew how to entertain a couple. We paid for our fun and left, commenting in tandem about the gravity guts, bad attitudes and how much the club has declined in quality over the past 10 years. I'll stick to Mons for pretty girls with better attitudes. If we're going to pay $20 per person, I don't want to look at unattractive strippers who don't know how to put on a decent show on stage. Walking around the pole and bending over isn't performing, it's being lazy. read more

I put my hand into my pocket to grab the cash and it was gone. Now I know I had it on the way back to the room but when I went to grab it when she asked it wasn't there.
