Parking can be challenging since they have a small private lot, but if you circle around the block, you eventually will see street parking. They made it very clear to me that they prioritize quality work, no matter the size of job. I needed 15 copies of my resume printed on nice paper for one job and for another I needed a photo blown up to a fairly large size and they did a phenomenal job. They are so reasonable in price, efficient, professional and kind. On my resume, not only did they have it done in a few hours when I was in a bind, they even trimmed the edges off for me so it was perfect, without me even asking. They just went the extra mile. I was so incredibly appreciative of their kindness and dedication to their work, no matter how small the project.

Adam and Tammy are usually not around with I show up at Mainframe, but I have been lucky enough to visit their shop, purchase online, and make a nice postcard special order (see Pictures). They were super nice and Ashleigh showed us how to screen-print our own shirts. I really enjoyed learning how to do it. It was fun and easy to do and the shirt designs were so professional-looking. We got to choose from four different designs and choose the color and size of t-shirt we wanted. I always love events where there's a make-and-take. The shop is really cool and has a lot of fun designs for t-shirts. They also sell coffee mugs and drinking glasses with a Des Moines logo that Ashleigh designed. Another great thing about their merchandise is that it's all so reasonably priced unlike a lot of other t-shirt places out there. They also do mobile screen-printing. They can come to festivals, small parties and corporate events and people can print their own t-shirts. That's such a cool idea! I can't believe nobody thought of it before. You have to come and check this place out.
