I've been hearing of this issue way too long or your first impression employee needs some trainning. I have shown up for my long confirmed appointments and even early due to your requests at times to find out you can't fit me in. One too many times. Also, personnel turn-around way too often not informing your clients there's a change until you arrive thinking it's with the person whom you booked service with. Just left. I felt so unwelcome at this salon--very poor customer service. I will never return. Came ten minutes early for my appointment, but my time came and went. I went here on Sunday asking if they had availability for a walk in for gel mani/pedi. They said not at the moment, but I could come back at 1:45, so I put my name and number down, no problem. I left and 5 minutes later I get a call back saying they could squeeze me in, doing my pedicure first. I turn back around and start my pedicure. They start, no issues but it's taking FOREVER. Should've known then it was going to be an issue. An HOUR passes and she finally finishes... I could already tell it wasn't the best. I get up to move to a mani station, and the lady looks at me like I'm crazy? I tell her, I asked for a mani too. The front desk lady comes up to me and says "oh, just give me a second and I'll find someone to do your mani".. another red flag. She comes back a minute later saying, "nobody is available now, come back in an hour." Excuse me? You literally called me and told me to come back saying you had the time? I immediately paid for my service and left. I go to a different salon to get my manicure, and look down at my feet and see they're COMPLETELY messed up. I'll be going tomorrow asking for a refund. There is no lingering smell of acetone or chemicals that one would normally find in any other salon. All nail stations come with a hook to hang your purse, each tech has their own supplies. All pedicure chairs have massage functionality (I've fallen asleep sometimes I'm so relaxed). The decor is chic, modern and minimalistic. There is no loud obscene music playing in the background as if you were in a club. A large tv hangs in the back that portrays some of the most beautiful scenes I have ever seen. Nail Colors: they carry all of the latest OPI swatches with their gel matches. A few of the more popular DND colors and their gel matches, and my favorite is their apres line. Services: they offer your typical nail services, with a couple extra add ons like waxing & hair services. Staff: the staff are extremely professional, Knowledgeable, and kind. When it comes to making appointments they accept walk ins, you can call in advance to make an appointment or use their online system to book your services ahead of time. Most (if not all) the staff is bilingual, so whether you speak English or Spanish, you will be taken care of. Extra tidbit: they service the best little coffees throughout the day (complimentary). Idk what's up with the negative reviews because this salon was amazing! It was my first time going and I'm very picky about the places I let do my nails. Everyone was very nice and my nail tech did a fabulous job. She even followed my inspo pic! We did Apres and their nail polish choice collection was wonderful. Unfortunately the young lady who did my Mani & Pedi, was inexperienced. I should have walked out when I had to tell her how to remove my gel polish. However I decided to give her a chance. HUGE MISTAKE! I give my pedicure 4, could not file nails, cut cuticles, buff my feet, and painted my nails badly. As for manicure with gel was a mess. She couldn't paint, file or cut cuticle and clean up my nails. I think nail salons should do a better job training their staff, as well as make sure they are capable of doing something as simple as filing nails properly. I am extremely disappointed with the services, provided. I threw away my money and time. I will not be returning, nor am I recommending this nail salon since they obviously cannot vet their staff properly. read more

The very best. It's a relaxed spot not all the loud chusmeria you find in a lot of Latin salons. The girls who work there are all wonderful. & the Barber from next door makes THE BEST coffee which is always a treat in the salon. Tried to get a pedi via walk-in around 11 am but they looked pretty busy and asked me to come back in an hour. I'm close by, so no problem. When I returned, the technician worked very quickly on my feet even though there wasn't anyone waiting after me. I used to be a regular client here before new management took over. I agree that the previous aesthetic and ambience wasn't the best, but I never walked out of an appointment dissatisfied. This new management has hired techs who take almost 3 hours for a gel manicure and pedicure, who have very little to no experience. I've gone three separate times after the management had changed and have left more disappointed each time. The tech was very rough and made several cuts to my cuticle. She was complaining about the length I wanted the entire visit and was upset I wanted them so short. She was constantly asking her colleagues what to do next. I understand training takes time, but it shouldn't be on a client's watch. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

The lady who removed my gel, used the gel polish remover and used the electric file to remove the gel. The gel polish pieces splashed on my skin and the little particles were burning my skin. Very disappointed. They are under new management I have been going there for about 5 years. Had an appointment with Ryan today, been on the books for 2 weeks. When I got there they did not have me on the schedule even though I received 2 texts confirming the appointment 1 yesterday. Come to find out, Ryan and Emily are already gone, and no one bothered to contact me said they did not have my contact info even though I got a text yesterday. They had canceled all of his appointments instead of keeping them on the books to keep the customers. Will never step foot in that salon again! Updating review: I feel like I was a bit too harsh on my review due to how frustrated I was with how my nails came out. I will most probably give the salon another shot being that they reached out to me and offered to fix it. Most places don't do that! I will go again and give an updates review. I did give it an extra star as I don't feel it is a three star establishment. I'm also sure Diana, or whomever the nail tech was, was probably just tired or not having a good day. It happens. Will be back soon. ----- A bit disappointed. The store is nice and the staff is relatively sweet, however my nail lady today, Diana I believe, was a tad impatient and rushed. I asked her three times to correct my nail because it was uneven and I didn't like it and got a sigh, a small file, and no for. For a full set and a pedicure it was 60$. Personally, that's a bit expensive as everywhere else I've been it's usually 40$. For my sister and I, both got the same thing, it was 110$. That's crazyyyyyy! Not only did they do a wonderful job fixing my French manicure, but the nail tech took her time to fix my cracked nail and assure that the end result looked clean and elegant.
