I'm honestly really disappointed with how unprofessional this experience has been. I called ahead and scheduled two pedicures for me and my partner, yet we've been sitting here for over an hour without receiving the service we specifically booked. Starting my hands instead of what we actually scheduled and then leaving us waiting this long is a complete waste of our time. If the salon can't properly accommodate appointments or communicate realistic wait times, then the owner should seriously reconsider how appointments are being handled. It's frustrating to come here expecting a service that clearly can't be provided in a timely or organized way. La verdad estoy bien decepcionada con lo poco profesional que ha sido esta experiencia. I made an appointment for noon. I arrived on time. At 12:15, with no one acknowledging me or letting me know they are running late, I I ask if they can give me a time frame for when I will be attended. The response was "We are running late; you will have to wait until someone frees up". when I inquired how long that might be, the response was again "when someone frees up" . So again I ask, "it is 5 minutes? is it half hour? is it an hour" . they respond that it could be anywhere between 45 minutes and an hour. I reminded them that I have an appointment and inquired whether they believed it was fair or appropriate to make a customer who has an appointment wait an hour". the response was "well no one is available". Mind you, they had multiple manicurists and were taking "walk-ins". this is not "running late"; this is utter disrespect and disregard for people's time and zero concept of customer service. not even an apology or any offer to make it right. it was a "take it or leave it " attitude. it was so off putting - it's so easy to be kind and considerate. I walked out the door and went to a salon down the street where I was welcomed with a "good morning" and a smile and got a fantastic pedicure and gel manicure. I decided to try Optima Nails Spa because it was so close to my home and I am so glad that I did!!! They did just an amazing job. My nail tech Kayla was so detailed, and fast. She left my hands and feet feeling fresher than ever. I went in for a gel maní and regular pedí and couldn't be happier. She made them look exactly how I wanted. The owner was lovely, it was such a friendly and nice ambiance especially when you're looking forward to just simply relaxing! The massage chairs were everything I didn't know I needed. The nails tech turned it on for me and i got to enjoy a nice massage while she was doing my feet. The place was very clean and the owner was cleaning throughout. they had music playing in the background which was also very enjoyable. I know choosing a new nail spa can sometimes be scary and especially when they don't have many reviews. But if you're thinking about going or need to find a new nail spa. Look no further. I've gone here 2 times & the nail tech who does my hands does an incredible job each time! I would definitely come back to get my nails done. She's an older Cuban lady. She does great every time. I walked in and they did not greet me. They told the customer to translate and tell me that I cannot be serviced here and that they suggest me going to another location. Literally the most rude interaction I have ever experienced from a nail salon. I was definitely racially profiled as soon as I stepped foot into the building as a minority. read more

I went here last minute. My usual place was it open. The technician was kind, it was not busy at all. The carts and tables where you get mani and pedi done are not very hygienic and look cluttered and run down. I think the manicure lacked attention to detail and cleanliness. When I get a mani I like the nail polish to be on my nails NOT my fingertips. I asked to get the fingers cleaned because there was nail polish all over and it was like a swipe or two but wasn't done properly. I had to come home and clean them myself. I would NOT come back here, but I suppose I can deal with the mani for two weeks until I go elsewhere for services. I'm not gonna post a pic because I don't wanna insult the tech and because it'll piss me off even more. read more

I came into this place before going to Kon Chau next door, as the door reads "walk-ins welcome". It was about 11:40 am on a Saturday, but I asked if there was any room for a gel mani and regular pedi. They informed me (by having someone translate because I can't speak Spanish) that I would have to wait about 40 minutes. Fast forward to 1:05pm and everyone just continued to avoid eye contact with me instead of giving any update. Color selection seems to be pretty small, no prices are listed inside, the parking is pretty bad (probably because there are so many other shops/restaurants in the strip mall), but it seems clean from the front. I guess there are only 3 employees, just wish I knew that before wasting so much time. Definitely won't be giving this place another try, and they do not accept walk ins on the weekend. read more

Came here because I was in the area and my regular nail salon was closed. The nail technician was incredibly rude the entire time. She did a complete rushed subpar job not even bothering to clean the edges or fill the whole nail. After she set the top coat she begins to file my nails which made me a little confused because she was going over the nail polish with the nail file. I asked why she did that after and if it going to ruin the gel. Her response was "I know what I'm doing." And when I said her rude tone wasn't necessary I was just asking a question she said "well I'm informing you. You've never had this done?" Which I explained that I've always had gel and had gone to various locations and not once had someone filed my nails after a gel manicure. This place is AMAZING, un lugar tan bueno. Las muchachas están maravillosa. I came in with a brand new full acrylic set I was completely overcharged for, that looked aweful. They made my fingers look fat, not the color I wanted, too short and muy ancho. I called the salon and instantly the lady on the phone told me to come on over and she'd take a look to try to fix the job that was done. Maria took her time, tried her best to fix the set and even said I'd I didn't like it, she would remove them til I did. The girls here are EXTREMELY sweet, compassionate and warm. The salon was clean, took precautions and extremely inviting. This is the best salon I've ever been to. Maria, shaved down the clumped acrylic on the sides that were making my fingers look wide. Did her best to cover the hideous fluorescent pink ombre the original girl gave me with a sheer white glitter and put gel over. Maria is amazing and I'm not straying from here! read more
