Fast forward a couple of weeks later and our dog had bad intestinal issues all over our recently done carpets! I called them and they came out same day to help us clean it and get us squared away. That technician was very nice and thorough too. Overall, the value for the quality of service was great. We paid $410 for them to do our whole house (living room, family room, stairway, upstairs loft, hallway, and master bedroom/bathroom). When they came back a second time to help us with the pet mess, it was $210. Overall, friendly staff, prompt and thorough service, fairly reasonable price, and quality job. The first time we used this company was in February 2025. We had them come over and clean our upholstery on our patio furniture. They did an amazing job. We brought them back again to clean the carpet in our master bedroom and walk-in closet. We also had five large area rugs that we wanted to have cleaned. Because we have LVT flooring throughout our home, they advised us that it would be best if we moved our area rugs outside. The reason is; 1. It's less likely to damage our LVT floor 2. We are moving into a new place, so we wanted the carpet cleaned for us before we moved in. For 5 bedrooms and 3 hallways, we were quoted $405. We never had carpets cleaned, but it seemed reasonable based on comparing quotes. Pinks was available next day, which was great. The team was super responsive there. Our technician that came out, Eddie, was super friendly. He as so kind and would recommend him as an individual to others. He explained the process and everything he was doing. He made us really understand what was going on. He ended up finishing earlier than the allotted. He said that we had to wait about 5-7 hours for the carpet to dry. We checked the space after and everything seemed good. After looking at the carpet as we moved in, we noticed a bunch of random spots for stains. They aren't large, but after a couple hundred, you're kind of hoping for it to be spotless. I got them out with my bissell. The carpet after living for a less than a month, it feels like it is in the same wear as it was before we moved in. Dishonest company. I was quoted $300-$400 for tile and grout cleaning. When I tried to schedule an appointment 2 months later, they decided that the price would now be $575-$675 for the same exact tile and grout. Very shady and dishonest company trying to up charge and scam people out of getting as much money as they can. My carpets were filthy! I mean to tell you that they needed some serious attention. They weren't as bad upstairs, but downstairs, it looked as if there was a party and the guests had been using the carpet to filter their booze! Which was partially the case. There was a party, oh yes, was there ever a party. A nightmare before Christmas party. It was a nightmare, alright. Dark sinister things brewed and festered throughout. Its fermentation reached epic proportion. In places, it felt like I was walking on a wire brush. It was going to be a cleaning job fraught with challenge at every room, stair, and baseboard. It didn't take long before Eddie had sucked and teased out most all of the leavings from that dark evening of alcohol fueled debauchery. I believe that the drink of choice for those memorable hours was Jagermiester. At least that's what it looked and smelled like. Boy, can that stuff make a stain. But Pinks got it all out.
