He responded quickly for a quote, and after we had agreed on a price, he showed up on the day that he said he would, and he even alerted me when he was going to be even half an hour late... he was only late by 30 minutes and I really appreciated the notice. Well. Really bad experience. I don't think you guys know what you are doing. We had to redo our bathroom twice because of mistakes you made and WE paid twice for all the tiles that we had to replace. And now, 1 year later, the bathroom is having leaks everywhere I am pretty sure our walls are going to rot. We have to redo this all. This is fucked. My uncle is a contractor and was helping with our home remodel but ended up leaving us hanging with a halfway done bathroom due to health issues and you know what they say about working with family so we were in a tough spot. Some contractors we reached out to wouldn't even touch something someone else started or they were giving us outrageous quotes. We reached out to Martin and he was able to give us a super fast quote with just a video of the bathroom and scheduled a time in less then a week to come out and start the project. The communication was great, he gave us an estimated time to complete the project and actually ended up completing it a couple days faster then originally quoted. That is pretty much unheard of with contractors! Such a great experience, him and his two brothers that helped were so nice and professional. I called to get a quote on a kitchen remodel. Martin arrived on time, made his measurements told me it would take about 5 days for an estimate. Got back to me in a week with pictures of cabinets. I told him they where fine and to give me a price for all the work. This was last Friday and Martin told me he would get back to me on Monday. No response to my texts.
