I gave them a 2 since they originally were responsive. If they didn't have time to deal with my situation then they should have said so. He cut large branches, small trees and trimmed apple trees for me. He was very careful in cutting the branches which hung over the neighbor's chain-link fence, to not let any fall on the fence. Pierce also cut up the branches, stacked the wood, disposed of the brush and cleaned up the sawdust. I found that his "pay what it is worth to you" to be very fair for the work that he did.
