During the appointment, the wax specialist appeared to notice some of the missed hairs and began tweezing them, which became so painful that I had to ask her to stop. I understand that no service is always going to be absolutely perfect, but for the amount I paid, I expected the Brazilian wax to actually be completed and checked thoroughly before I left. I also have an upcoming trip and do not have the time to make another trip back to the location just to have a service corrected that should have been done properly the first time. What made the experience even more disappointing was that I contacted the location afterward to explain what happened and give them the opportunity to make it right, and I felt that nothing was offered to resolve the situation. I wasn't expecting anything unreasonable-- even a partial refund, credit, or some acknowledgment of the incomplete service would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, after both the quality of the wax and the way my concern was handled afterward, I don't feel confident returning.
