I have been coming to Sweet Pea Wax since the beginning of this year and wow. I will never go to another wax studio again. Esme, is super sweet and is always quick but efficient with her waxes. She uses her time wisely and is very sanitary. The studio itself is so cute and they recently renovated. Parking is a little tight sometimes so I recommend getting there about 5 minutes early incase you have to park in the back street. The front door does remain locked during wax appointments so I suggest waiting in your car until about 2 minutes from your allotted time. Checking out is easy as they have tap to pay! I have never had my underarms waxed and I was so ready to just stop shaving. When I was looking for a place for this service I looked into location, reviews and it had to be a small business! Sweet Pea waxing met all the requirements. I booked with Esmeralda and she was so nice, and quick! I didn't experience any uncomfortable pain and the distraction of a conversation most likely helped take my mind off of it. I know she did a wonderful job because I have not had any issues with my results. I came in with my daughter and my 4 month old baby and it wasn't a problem. Absolutely love this place! I booked an appointment with Ruby for a brazilian wax and loved my results. Upon entering you are greeted and the atmosphere itself is so clean and inviting. Not once did I feel uncomfortable during my whole appointment. This was also my first time getting a brazilian so I was very nervous since I tend to have a lower pain tolerance. I've been waxing my underarms myself for a few years now but finally built up the courage to go in for a brazilian. Ruby was super informative about aftercare and very honest about the pain but let me know it would be over quickly which was very true. She kept me talking which helped to keep my mind off the pain which was definitely a plus. Overall I would rate the pain a 4/10 it was definitely not bad at all, some strips were spicier than others but I would 100% recommend booking an appointment here. The results were truly amazing!
