I work in this building and they have horrible potholes around the building. I spent $70 on a used tire that shouldn't have happened in the first place. They said that the situation was iffy and there's nothing I can do to get my money back for something they are RESPONSIBLE for. Horrible customer service and I hope everyone knows that they are a "drive at your own risk" type of property. Even though they are responsible for having a up to code streets for our cars. As an employee here, I am deeply disappointed that they won't reimburse me for THEIR faults.

It was extremely clean, and reasonably price. I was in between the Duxbury shared office place and this place and I preferred this one. Work Local requires you to respect people around you and be quiet, like talking on your phone or being on a zoom call in the common areas. they have designated rooms for you to go in so you can talk on the phone or on zoom. The Duxbury place let people leave their doors open and talk on speakerphone and was 2-3x the price, so I never went back. I highly recommend checking out this place.
